The worst pharmacy I've ever used! Everyone there is a total lier!!!! They mysteriously lose prescriptions in the system, lie about when they will have it and then just smile condescendingly and say sorry, I understand your frustration... They SUCK!!!!Don't believe anything they tell you !!!

There's zero reason a major pharmacy should have two people on staff filling meds. It shouldn't take an hour to get through two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru.Unorganized, slow, and rude. Switching pharmacies, at least to a different location.

I don't appreciate Amanda's sour attitude towards the customers! She truly gave me a bad experience with that foul mouth! From being out of state and that being my first experience of Texas I truly don't appreciate it. She could've handled the situation with the customers differently. Hopefully next time I come in it will be more family friendly! But do better Amanda

The pharmacist manager is great. No appointments necessary. Had all 3 Covid shots and my 1st Shingrix there. Superb customer service.

Will Walgreens do anything to support their pharmacies and customers during a pandemic? This is the letter I sent to Corporate: Store 12521 San Marcos Tx on Ranch Road. I made my appointment online for my covid booster and my flu shot. I filled out the forms and provided insurance at the window when I arrived. The lady didn't even know who I was, didn't have an appointment for me, and asked me to provide the email your corporate site sent me. I provided it. She said that they just didn't have my appointment. After I left the window, I looked around, and there were five pairs of eyes looking at me: five other people who'd been waiting 30-45 mins for their appointments, who also had to redo all their paperwork. We chatted and compared notes, and they were not happy. One had his very elderly mother with him, and she was sitting, with her walker, silently, suffering the indignity that only the disabled elderly know: Silent, forgotten, unimportant. When they called her son, he asked them to take his mom first, but they told him she'd be next. I felt so sorry for them both. My five new friends all left, and five more gradually filed in and took seats. I stood the entire time, to dodge the unmasked, and move out of people's way. After an hour waiting, I got back in line and asked about my vaccines. The pharmacy technician Christine spent a great deal of time explaining that she was overwhelmed and short-handed. She said they have had no applicants to work there since May. She cited normal pharmacy business, plus she's giving covid tests every 15 minutes and vaccines every 10 minutes. I noticed she was only wearing a blue surgical mask, not even tightly, on her face. She asked if I wanted to work there. I told her I would, gladly. (I'd wear a real mask.) Then the pharmacist, Sean, called me back for my vaccines. He was utterly professional, apologetic, efficient, gracious, kind, friendly, and meticulous. He answered my questions, and assured me he had cleaned the chair himself before seating me in it. He gave both vaccines, and assured me that contacting corporate was the only contact I should bother with, that the pharmacy manager can't help them. She's caught too. Here are the considerations: 1. Why bother doing online registration and appointments plus forms if they never make it to the pharmacy? 2. You have senior citizens (already at risk due to age) waiting in a pharmacy with a bunch of other people, some sick, in an inside setting without any modifications for ventilation or air cleaning, for over an hour. We're asked to fill out forms and handed a clipboard and pen already handled by every other person who came before us. (Hand Sanitizer was available, for what that's worth.) 3. Staff is wearing token masks, not well-fitting N95-type masks, but little thin blue surgical masks barely staying in place, much less tightened, gap-preventing, or actually air-filtering their breath. 4. They are all over-scheduled and under-staffed. They need the vaccine registration and appointment via walgreens.com to actually work. They're having to do work that should not even be needed. In the time they're having to take to give out, receive, and process paperwork, they could have vaccinated everyone on time. The corporate site obviously isn't working. Please help them. They need 20 min intervals, minimally, between vaccines, and a great deal more help. They need the corporate site to work. Thank you for your time and attention.

Awful experience with my family receiving a Covid vaccine here. Kept us waiting and waiting and waiting and we had an appointment! Very poor customer service, non-existent. Never got my name right and clearly didn't care. They just basically ignored us and then made us re-complete information that had already been done online. They offered no apologies at all. Save yourself the aggravation of this place and go local to B&J where they actually care about their customers. I rarely post a negative review, but this was just the worst of the worst experiences!

Went in with 3 prescriptions and the Good Rx app. Pulled up the price for one of the prescriptions and the lady at the pharmacy told me that price was only for members, I told her i was a member, she said well its for gold members, i showed her i WAS a gold member, then she got snooty and told me that that Walgreens didnt honor that price..What???? They tried to charge me 3 times the amount of the price quoted. I left and had my prescriptions transferred to the little HEB. They charged me the exact price for all 3 that the Walgreens tried to charge for 1. I like the store overall but will NEVER use that pharmacy for anything again. Id rather drive a little farther than have to deal with rude snotty people that work the pharmacy counter.....

The pharmacist/pharmacy manager (Asian lady) is just horrible. After waiting over 5 minutes while she was talking to a customer, I ran to the restroom and when I came back all the gates were closing. I knocked and yelled, hello, hello on the gates (because I could see her) and she would not look or answer me. I waited for her to walk out and I asked her if I could please pick up my prescription (I know that she had seen me waiting in line) and told her I've already paid for the prescription online. She said no, we close at seven, those are our new hours seven come back tomorrow when we open. I asked her again please, it's an antibiotic and it's already paid for. She replied No, come back in the morning when we open. I don't know if it was a communication snafu (Hope not in her profession) because English is obviously her second language but what she did was just wrong and RUDE RUDE RUDE. New hours are terrible and they are now closed on weekends, too. It's really too bad because the other pharmacist I've dealt with has been outstanding! My new pharmacy is CVS or H‑E‑B!

This Walgreens location is easy to get in and out. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, good place to go when in need and you do not want to deal with the traffic at the grocery store or else where.

The staff always goes above and beyond to get the medications approved and worked through the Dr and Insurance. Sometimes they are all business and other times really friendly. That is the nature of what they do. I would rather have the right meds than my butt kissed! I will always get my refills here! Thanks for everything!
