Opening hours change all the time. Got there early enough today, waited in the drive through line and sure enough- they shut the window in my face a few minutes before 6. You will keep losing customers.

This place needs management overhaul. They change hours or are unexpectedly closed and often don’t have prescriptions ready or processed. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Sent my prescription here Saturday. Turns out they're closed Sunday. Was supposed to be ready Monday at 12. Then it changed to Tuesday. I called and they said they could fill it today. Well, I guess they switched it to a different brand that my insurance didn't cover so I had to pay. Go some where else. Not worth the hassle

Christopher, the pharmacist at the Hopkins location in San Marcos is great! He takes the time to answer any questions about your medications. Very knowledgeable

Pharmacy employees are laziest,unethical employees,that I have ever seen.I call pharmacy and they never pick up so one day I called from inside the store and phone rang and rang and one employee was busy running her mouth to another employee about her weekend.If you tell me,they are so unprofessional,lazy,undertrained,overpayed for productivity employees.Where do you guys hire people from?Do you find them on Temu.

Over my last five orders, I have encountered the following challenges:
1. Lack of Telephone Support: The pharmacy does not answer their phone, which makes it very difficult to get in touch for questions or concerns.
2. Delayed Prescription Refills: It takes days to refill prescriptions, and my orders often remain in a pending status for several days.
3. In-Person Visits Required: Due to the unresponsiveness over the phone, I have been forced to make multiple trips to the store just to receive updates or answers regarding my prescriptions.

The store opens at 7am everyday (according to their voicemail) and yet on several occasions the doors have been locked 30+ minutes past open, and staff will not answer the phone.

If i could rate then 0 I WOULD .HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEVER ANS THE PHONE IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR CLOSE TO 30 MINUTES.

Got there 10 minutes before they closed. I didn't go inside because I have the flu and didn't want to get anyone sick. They could clearly see I was there waiting behind the one car for 10 minutes to get my meds. Instead I they closed it. I went inside and they said I should have known to come inside with it being that late. I attempted to explain why I hadn't and they shrugged and left. I get it that they wanted to get out on time but seriously I had been there and no one else was behind me.

the pharmacy manager told me he was too busy to look up my prescription and that i had to call other walgreens locations for my accutane (Isotretinoin) prescription. the pharmacy just opened 30 mins ago, like isn’t it your job?

My husband called to get his refill and our other pharmacy made a mistake. Leslie went above and beyond to help us. She called our insurance and got it all straightened out. We are beyond impressed with the customer service we were given. We will be changing our pharmacy needs to this location. Thank you for saving the day Leslie!!

Was gonna get a drink that was 3.24$, but it was marked as 2 for $4. Didn't initially realize it, but I was charged over $7 for two of these drinks
