Bought a vehicle from him several 6-7 years ago that a friend told me about. Very nice guy to deal with. He had all the proper paperwork for me to get the title. Very smooth deal. Then he took over towing for the property my wife worked for. Always did a great job. Getting towed sucks, don’t park your junker where it shouldn’t be and you won’t get towed out. Pretty simple. Btw, it was a 99 4 runner

0/5 Was told $116 on the phone. When I got to the place it was $188. When I asked why, the guy told me "pay it or leave."

Called them to have someone towed from my covered spot that I pay for. They said they would send someone right out and they never showed up. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because my vehicle wasn't damaged by the bad weather.

The lady that answers the phone is super rude and won’t do her job. I can only assume she has a sandy vagina. Why else would she be so cranky? I wish zero stars were an option because she doesn’t even deserve one. Super rude. Someone get this lady a snickers

They towed my car that had a sticker for my apartment complex in the window said it would cost 75 dollars and when I took a picture of the business they charged me a lot more! Place is a rip off stay clear. Car theft is legal in San Marcos

They work in a predatorial way! They drop off employees mid day at my apartment complex then tow as many as they can while there is tons of parking but will then not pay any attention for weeks basically only doing it to meet some sort of deadline parking is still bad at night so yeah they do there job whenever they feel like it totally morally corrupt company never did personal business with them but the way they do things is very lazy and inconsistent!

I don’t think I can recall a worse experience in my life. I called this place to inquire about getting my car and they said you may get it in an hour. I come here by the hour and no one is here. I wait a few more minutes, call again and they claim that they will be here in a few minutes. 40 minutes go by and still nothing so I call again, and they still claim that they will be here and yet nothing. I then call again after waiting and the woman on the other line said “they will get there when they get there” then continued onto saying “well this is what happens when you get towed.” Absolutely horrendous.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Everyone was so rude to us when we went. Me and my boyfriend went on a date and I had left my car parked in the wrong parking for 1 hour. When we got back it was 7pm and my car was towed. Yes unfortunately I parked in the wrong spot but for them to have such attitude is disappointing. My bf called them to see if we could pick up my car. They first said in one hour we could go and then they called 5 min later saying we could go then. First they are unorganized and do not communicate well with each other. I then asked the guy straight up if his job was just to tow cars and play video games since he just sat in his chair unbothered at work not even working. He got very defensive and started rudely saying maybe I should go back to working at my military base because I had previously asked if he had a military discount. My fault for asking I guess. My boyfriend laughed at that and even got more defensive. Me and my boyfriend left and he said apparently the guy was saying "you're not big bro" a million times before we drove in each of our cars. Me and my boyfriend got home and we see we have lots of missed calls from the tow company. The video I took speaks for itself. It's of the owner insulting us and calling us very unprofessional names. It won’t let me upload the video unfortunately but it is just insane

Filing a complaint on December 17th for towing my new black BME 540. Lied and said the police told you do it, then 5dsys later changed your story. Repeatedly hung up the phone in my face. Made me loose 3.5 hours in pay. Always towing cars on the last day of rent. Inconveniencing people and putting them I. A finical hardship. That's why someone thru that brick through your front window at your place of business. Asking people where did you buy your car from. None of your business.
