1. I get mail from addresses that aren't mine.2. Other people have to bring my Mail to me because it was delivered to them.3.My mailbox is ALWAYS left open and my mail often blows away.4.I have complained to the post office and nothing has changed.If I could somehow rate less than zero stars, I absolutely would.

The Post Office is poorly run and lacks customer service. I was told to call the PO back with a tracking number and so I did. The phone rang over 70 times and no answer. I decided to drive there while still calling and find no one in the parking lot. Walked inside and the clerk is sitting there laughing. She lowered the volume on her phone to ignore my calls. Yes, the PO has caller id. I've had other issues and called Sylvia who oversees the Sandia PO and nothing is done. I highly recommend NOT to use this post office.

Mail keeps going to wrong address. Automated system keeps me from talking to a real person.
