I placed an order at Ace Hardware in Sanger, TX. The gentleman who helped place the order was extremely helpful in finding the Dewalt pruning chainsaw.

Went in here around noon on Oct 3.
Three employees hanging around the counter. I showed one of them (older guy) a picture of what I was wanting to do. Needed an idea of how to connect the new water heater relief valve to the drain hose from the previous heater as the valve was in a different position than the old tank. I asked if maybe there was some sort of flex hose they had.
Basically just kinda smirked and shrugged his shoulders. Like I was inconveniencing him. Offered no help.
Neither did the other 2 employees. The younger guy behind the counter said something to the effect that I’ll just have to figure it out
myself. I went back to the plumbing section and found the hose and connections I needed. I’ll never spend another penny in this place.

Such a great hardware store. They always have what I need and the staff is always so helpful. Jackson was especially helpful and knew what I was looking for right away. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need a point in the right direction.

They greeted me as soon as I walked in. New exactly where the items were that I needed. Is very positive experience. That even carried the bird seed out to the car for me.
