Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to an email. Tried calling to cancel membership at least 10 times at all different times of the day, sent emails, nothing. Now since I placed a stop payment on the card, they sent it to collections and screwed my perfect credit up. Livid

My cousin and I have both reached out for memberships via phone call with voicemail as well as drop in during business hours and last via email with no response. Needless to say that this particular gym has lost 2 members potentially 3 in total. My advice is to get your membership at a different location and then use this occasionally when needed.

The gym itself is fine and serves its purpose. However, canceling your membership here is a different story. I submitted my cancelation form under Kristie’s ownership, and she never processed it. When the new owner took over, he also took his time to process it. I went up to the gym to speak to the new owner about getting a refund and was denied because I did not have proof I submitted the form in person. This was never disclosed to me that I had to do this nor in my contract. Texas state law also does not require this.

Stay away from this place if you’re moving to Sanger. Terrible service from management. We cancelled in November and it took them to March to actually cancel the account. We were charged each month even though we had submitted paperwork cancelling. Won’t refund us even though they know the paper work shows when we cancelled. They said they “forgot” to file our cancellation letter. Shady business. Stay away!

I like the gym it's pretty decent. The deal breaker for me is that the hot water never works in the shower. Working out before work, I'd like to take a shower. They don't seem to care to fix it either. Limted bathrooms as well. Unlike other anytime fitness, these bathrooms aren't ? they are dedicated to the gender on the door. So, like so many times, if the men's room is locked, you're SOL.

Excellent management. The place stays clean and stocked and they have a phone charger tree which is handy.

Trying to get pricing from them was like pulling teeth. I still don't know how much it costs, they never would say. The person was sure to get snarky that a 6 months paid in full program was not considered a contract because it did not automatically renew.

Just started going to this gym about 3 weeks ago I have to say this place has everything I need and then some and it's close and convenient and a plus I can go to any Anytime fitness with my 24 hour key ?

This gym is awesome. It's always clean and the staff are attentive and helpful.I did see a poor review from another member calling it a trash gym. This other member for one, lacks the grammar skills to write a decent review. Two, was always on his phone, cussing out loud and irritating other members. Management spoke to him and hurt his feelings, thus resulting in the poor review.

Love this gym. As others have mentioned, it is always clean. I see the manager constantly working to keep the place spotless. She also provided amenities I’ve never seen at other gyms or even other ATF gyms.

I love our gym!!! My husband and I have been here for over 8 years. Open 24 hours which is a huge plus since we have crazy schedules. It’s always clean and management is amazing!
