We adopted our sweet girl from CoPilot about a year ago! Sarah was very communicative throughout the entire process and sent frequent updates while we waited for our puppy to be adoptable. We visited her and got to meet Thomas who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously took pride in all the animals. You can really feel how everyone there loves animals. Highly recommend!

I donated a few bags of dog food. Front entrance was locked. Wasn't able to check anything out. I was communicating with someone via text. I sent a picture of food that I had left. Never did i get a thank you. That doesn't go well with me. My future donations will go elsewhere.

We boarded our 2 dogs here for a week. They were well taken care of and got lots of loving attention.
