Shad always takes care of me. Had a mishap with my old phone and destoyed it. Shad was able to get me in an upgraded phone in place of the old one. Back in business!!!

The most laziest inconsiderate group of people you will ever come across. I called for a simple question to to see about about my hotspot and the guy Ash wanted to say that he couldn’t do that I would have to come in tomorrow so I called the store in Gainesville, which they are a hard-working, lovely group of people they were able to get me an answer in less than five minutes And then when I called the store back To let him know, he was full of it. He picked up the phone and hung up several times before answering, and saying that he was in front of a customer which was a most definite lie. Do not go to this store they are lazy and considerate and do not care to help out customers. Not even sure if Ash is the kids real name go to the store in Gainesville. They are much better friendly and want to help as for this store they are lazy. And stupid

First Shad Gave us Great Customer service!!! His energy is awesome , my husband go to this metro often and they're pretty cool ! But today I went in with him & This guy is awesome . He helps us out so much and I just love love love his energy. He's a kind and caring guy , much love to him and his family. I will be going in there more often. I would drive all the way to Denton just to do business but from now on I'll be here whenever I need anything dealing with Metro service. Once again , Thank you shad for your great service!

We were helped by Shad who is absolutely the most helpful person we've encountered so far. My mom was in a accident where her phone was unrecoverable and he helped us get her right set up and ready to go no stress we couldn't have had a better time
