Came in today for wiper blades was helped by younger blonde haired guy I’m pretty sure was named Dalton. DALTON went above and beyond making sure I got the correct specialty blades even installing them to make sure they were the right ones. In 2025 it’s RARE to find such nice kind and caring customer service. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We only go here and Glen Polk for parts.

Bryson was able to order items for my Harley easily on 2 different occasions. Frank is also knowledgeable an helpful. Great atmosphere at this location.

My girlfriend was leaving a wedding at a nearby venue when she heard a flapping noise from under her car. The splash guard was loose, dragging under her car after multiple rivets were loose and had fallen out. She pulled into this O’Reillys 15 minutes before closing and was greeted by Frank and he was happy to help her! He removed the flap with joy and she was able to make the drive back home safely!
That’s thanks to you FRANK from the Sanger, TX O’Reillys! Your service might go unseen by millions but that’s OK because you aren’t doing it for the notoriety or money. You’re doing it because good people do good things for other people in a time of need. We need more Franks in this world! Say it with me! We need more Franks from Sanger, TX!
If life ever takes you on I35 North through Dallas and you’re passing by - do yourself a favor. Stop by. Be blessed by good service and hospitality!
I’d have to imagine there is an army of Franks working in this specific O’Reillys location. That’s the time of business you want on your side and you should want to support. These are the types of people and businesses we should be supporting. Bring your lunch pales to work types of businesses. That’s tough. That’s gritty. That’s admirable.
Who’s to say this won’t happen to someone you care about? If it does, I hope it happens on I35 about 30 minutes south of the Red River just so you can be blessed by this O’Reillys and FRANK!
If you see this Frank - that next beer is on me! If you’re 21 of course.
This business will always be 5 stars in my book! That’s all I’ve got to say!

Alex helped me out in getting my warranty replacement part and was extremely helpfull and just had great customer relation skills! Really like these people at this O'reillys, they are very helpful!

We visited the Sanger, TX location on 07/09/2024 for new wiper blades and the employee, Marcial, showed my Autistic son (13yo) how to replace them. He was so patient and kind. He’a a natural teacher and with employees like that, O’Reilly’s in Sanger now has customers for life!
