“01/30/2024I caught a flat on my way from Denton headed to Gainesville. I found the nearest Walmart which was 8 miles away from where I was. Imagine riding on the highway on a flat. Not good! I have a Mercedes A220 and the likely of anyone having my tire besides Mercedes in unlikely but I took a chance anyway. When I made it to Sam’s Club Chris in automotive tried his best to see if he could help. He automatically knew they didn’t have my tire in stock it had to be ordered so we started weighing options. Options failed. So I told Chris I was two hours away from home with my grandson. Instead of him just saying sorry he jumped right into action. He called 4/5 different which all said the same thing. They had to order it. He didn’t give up. One of the calls he made was to firestone and they needed to order but didn’t want to help because I didn’t come to them first. Straight b/s! We made one last call to call to Good Year and guess what they told Chris they can get my tire but it’ll be an hour because they had to go pick it up from the warehouse. I didn’t care as long as I got one it was worth the wait. Walking out of Sam’s Chris came out and showed me a short cut to get to Good Year since I was riding slow on a flat. Chris went above and beyond to help me and I’m forever grateful to him. I never write reviews but I had to write this one. It was only right that I do so. He deserves it. Give him a raise Thank you Chris”

“I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 tire sensors (spare included) replaced at this location a week ago. The Technicians, Jacob and Dylan are very professional, patient with answering some of my questions and knows how to take good care of a customer on what they need. They also have a reasonable price, had an appointment and finished by an hour and 5 minutes. Overall a great experience, Thank you!”

“Ben was super helpful. Although the wait was not too long. He took his time to be clear and precess. To help my young son and I. They didn't even have what we were in need of...But, his willingness to locate it, then gave me 3 options of where to drive and get it. Along with what the cost would be! (Also offered to have it next day) Look I get supply chain shortages... and after 4 other Walgreens said they can't help I need to call or drive to other spots to see if they have it . So after hang ups or 20 minute hold time with no help. This young man cleared up all the concerns in 6 minutes and 14 seconds from waiting till we got the information we needed and then forward the order to that pharmacy ahead of us showing up. Great job BEN!”

“Very good prices for dry goods and lots of pay full price then 2nd is half off. Much cheaper than grocery store . 12 rolls toilet paper for $5. I really use this Walgreens!”

“The pharmacy took care of me right away. The pharmacist actually knew who I was and had already contacted my doctor to get another prescription. The one she sent in was out of stock. Then he filled my prescription as soon as the new 1 came in. I thought I would be there for awhile. But the pharmacist took care of my needs right away. I was there for about 45 minutes. CVS team members are always very helpful and work diligently to take of me. Thank you for making my visit more pleasant.”

“#92-2021Well contrary to the reviews in the past things must have changed over here.I got laid over in Denton Texas for the weekend running out of pills so I wanted to get some refills.Looked up see if there any Walgreens nearby where I get my truck into where I dropped my trailer back to truck stop and bring the tractor Down there was just one right across from Texas women's University looked like plenty of parking easy access just four Mile jaunt up us 77. to town another surprise I'm like the ones around me that's 24/7 pharmacy included.So I called the phone number and said I want to order some refills what surprised me unlike my home Walgreens in the Chicago area where the actual store answers they have call centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area I didn't actually speak to the pharmacist or the pharm tech at the store that was the call center that was taking calls for them.Did I care hell no didn't matter to me who the heck takes to call Bozo the clown could take the call as long as it all came fine.So I ordered up my prescription med said I'll be there in the next day they said they should be there probably around noonish I said cool.I dropped my trailer at the truck stop and bobtailed on up found it it was very easy. I walked in the store was very clean and went back to the pharmacy and was greeted immediately said I'll be with you in a minute I said fine gave her my name and my put my phone number in for my Walgreens rewards and there were my prescriptions as I wanted.They were very cordial I bought some vitamins and some potato chips I didn't know Pringles had lightly salted but they did. And I went up to the other register where I was greeted and everything was fine I didn't see any one star or two star warranting of reviews on my visit.I did have to take a whiz so I hit the can and I was really surprised how clean it was it really surprised me and yeah it's the bathroom but they had Old Time wallpaper Walgreens and it had pictures of all the old Walgreens history I thought it was really cool. A lot of Chicago stuff because thier home base is the north suburb of Chicago, Deerfield Illinois to be exact. but I thought it was really neat to see on the wall the old time Walgreens stores and everything else little things like that catch my eye cuz I like nostalgia.All in all I could definitely say I'll use this Walgreens again if I'm down here in the north Texas area because it was easy to drop my trailer at the truck stop and cruise right on up about 7 minutes up the road I was there and keep up the good work the staff was fine from the pharmacy to the regular cashiers and everything else”

“I had an exceptional experience at Kroger pharmacy (this location) when I called to inquire about getting the Tdap vaccine during my pregnancy. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative, guiding me through all processes with ease. (Actually, you can just walk-in, no need to make any appointments.)They ensured I was aware of the safest time to get vaccinated, between 27-36 weeks, which I greatly appreciated.The person who administered the vaccine was exceptionally skilled at keeping me calm throughout the procedure, making the experience much less daunting than I anticipated.The service was not only fast but also very welcoming. I'm thoroughly impressed and would confidently say this is the best pharmacy in the area.Five stars all the way!”
