We brought in our 2012 Hyundai due to an ABS waring light. We expected it was a sensor and would.cost us a several hundred dollars. They took the time to locate the problem and it was as simple wiring issue where a rodent chewed the wires. They saved us about $300 dollars and had us back on the road in an hour. This place is absolute garbage. They charged me $3300 for a timing chain and oil pump replacement which is fine I thought they were an expensive but good place UNTIL I went to go pick it up and it’s running just as bad if not worse than when I dropped it off then when I took it back after driving maybe 100 yards they tried telling me that I need to replace the spark plugs and wiring FOR $600 THAT IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE PRICING they also told me that I need to replace my TPS (throttle position sensor) and my ignition coils. I said no I take it home and all my spark plug wires on the driver side were barley connected ( most likely what caused the issue) and I spent $60 on new sparks and wires and now it’s running fine. Oh and when they were taking apart my engine they decided to not notify me about my serpentine belt that was worn because I’m sure they were hoping I’d waste more money on them.

This place has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would not even give them one star. They are very disrespectful. My wife took my truck up there in an emergency situation and they completely tried to take advantage of her. She had broke down on the highway with my two babies in the truck and we had the truck towed to Randy’s, and they ended up keeping my truck for a few days and then when they called us back, they said the price would be $2,250. We immediately had to get a second opinion because that was a very high And out of our price range. So we contacted Slade’s emergency services and told him what the issue was and gave him the information that they told us, and he knew that something wasn’t right. He could tell that they were trying to take advantage of us, so he literally drove to that shop.(Randy’s) We gave him permission to get our keys to take The truck from Randy’s and when he arrived, they refused to give him the keys. He ended up getting the keys after we had called up there, and this guy literally took the truck across the street and fixed it In less than an hour with a $30 part. Slade’s emergency service was very honest and did amazing work on my truck. Almost everything Randy’s told us was a lie. He took it and got the part on the truck and within that 30 minutes, the truck ran just as it should with no issues. And since he has fixed it, there has been no problems. Everything has been running as it should. With Slades emergency services, it ended up costing us $250 total. Included with the towing. I highly recommend to not go to this shop. Randy’s is a scam. They’re not there to help you. They’re there to try to rob you for whatever they can. $250 total, compared to $2,250. My wife has spoke to them multiple times and the lady and the owner have been very disrespectful, and Almost hung up on her twice. And we were very respectful towards them. There was no need for them to show disrespect towards us when we’re the customer. If you want somebody that you can trust and that is not gonna take your money and they’re gonna do good work take your vehicle to Slades emergency services.

Randy and his wife were so nice! Went in for a brake issue and they quoted me a reasonable price for rotors and brake pads. Gave me a ride after I dropped car off and picked me up after repairs. Took 3 hours after I dropped car off.Guys! This is a honest locally owned company. I highly recommend their business.

INTEGRITY MATTERS!! I took the wife's Jag to Randy's today for a brake job. I was sure it needed one because the brakes squeaked. Randy took the time to inspect the brakes and then, instead of doing a repair I didn't need, Randy Shoemake and Crystal Shoemake took the time to explain how the high-performance pads I had on the car caused the brakes to squeak from time to time and that I didn't need new brakes. They easily couldn't taken my money and I'd have never known. That's the level of integrity they have and I'll forever be a customer because of it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Used multiple times and also previously for a fleet at my last business. Always good expert work at unbeatable prices. Sometimes it takes what feels like a while, understandably since other people with same needs also flock here. During that time I’ve always received great communication and updates.
