My car got stolen two years ago and the detective gave me the number to this impound lot where my car was.
They were not allowed to give me any information without any paperwork (which was stolen along with the car) even though I have a police report.
I get all that. Fine.
What was not fine was how absolutely rude the employees were who answered the phone. The first time I called, the lady who answered hung up after I asked her to give me a minute to find my VIN number (which I had in my phone, I just had to switch screens). I called back, maybe ten seconds after she hung up on me and talked to a man who tried to tone check me. I was frustrated, understandably I think, but I did not yell, I did not cuss, I was very polite throughout the whole call. It was unwarranted and completely unnecessary.
TLDR: they are unhelpful, unsympathetic, and rude here. Don’t expect much.

My son had an accident and his car was towed to this place. Before we could even clean the car out the next day, we discovered multiple items missing. Garage door opener, umbrella, charging cables, baby wipes, first aid kit, rubber duckies… all gone. Completely disheartening that someone at this company would do that - and we had absolutely no way of knowing his vehicle would end up here. If we knew ahead of time (and seen these reviews) we definitely wouldn’t have allowed it to come here.

What a disgrace to humanity! Sorry excuse for human beings! The business isn’t much better either, as they violate the laws they claim they’re governed by!
They will steal your personal property and somehow quadruple the fee schedule set by TDLR! I’m sure Tiffany will do as expected , and leave a snarky reply to this, as she has with all the other raving reviews she has! Try calling google and let them know you feel “threatened” by this review, since you believe you’re above the law. Don’t try any local churches either because I’m sure they’d catch fire as soon as you walk in! Better hold on tight to this company, because you wouldn’t make it 1 day working anywhere else with the ethics you’ve displayed & teach to new employees!

The service was great but just don't understand why they have some crazy rules about retrieving your belongs after an accident. Kinda upsetting after already having an accident and you chose the local service to help you by supporting their business.?

Not a morning Person ?Who has to make appointment for pick-up it's not even that busy.Then I know something is missing I can't remember what it is yet but I will report back to Google when I realize what it is.Zero stars Recommended

If I would give this place zero stars I’d do it. The staff working here is rude and don’t even bother helping when I had a simple question to ask. Should’ve known what I was getting into with these horrible reviews. The dude that answered the phone has a stick up his a** .

Not an option for 0 stars or else that would be it. These people are the most rude people I have ever talked to when you first encounter them. Not only that but they take every advantage of you when you didn't have a choice to use them, they should not be in business!

Had a terrible experience with them. The guy that answers the phone is so rude! I am usually a very nice and calm person, but they just didn’t want to listen to what I had to say at all, which really made me mad. All I wanted to know was what I needed in order to get my car back, but to them I “sounded like I wanted to scam them” so they didn’t give me any information. In the end they wanted us to pay a crazy amount.(Almost what my car cost me no joke)We didn’t pay so they still have my car, but I will get in contact with someone about this! No wonder they have a lot of bad reviews! Avoid them if you can:)

You have better luck getting a new car than getting anything from your OWN vehicle. Staff is unfriendly, rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. You can have everything showing you are WHO YOU ARE and they refuse to let you get into your vehicle UNLESS you pay for it. If you don’t have to use them, don’t. Worst business ever. Definitely filing complaint with BBB & TDLR

This place and the guy with the beard were rude and not compassionate all . He was a real b***h**d. Wouldn't let 2 people that owned car go get stuff out of car, only one and only had 15 minutes.
