Used to be a good place, but now the young ladies in there act like you're an inconvenience for being there and taking a moment to decide on a piece. And one of them was pacing around me while constantly tapping her nails on the glass, which I have never experienced here before. Literally rushing me and acting like I'm bothering them. I ALWAYS end up spending more than I had planned to, and now I will never return. Not if I'm going to be made to feel rushed. It was better when Ricky was there. I will go spend my easily earned money elsewhere. Let the kids have their hang out spot while they get paid to sit around ?Oh, and they put two glass pieces together with no other protection in a plastic bag. Every other time I've ever bought glass here it was wrapped. LUCKILY I noticed before they were broken. Went to another shop around the corner and got what I wanted ?I have spent SO much here, but no more ?Their loss ? I usually ALWAYS tip, no matter what. I did not leave a tip, but instead gave it to the next guy at the next shop. It wasn't an "off day", it was just plain rude and laziness. Probably don't belong in a smoke shop environment ??

I've come up here alot cause it really close to my job, good people and service so far and good stuff, but this has happened to me alot coming up here and Doors are not open at 9, store hours are 9-11, I could understand if it was opening at 5am or 6. Lol. No hate but if store doors are locked maybe 10 would be better time to open

Have been a shopper here since before it switched owners, and will never go anywhere else! The new management is 100% better than before! They ALWAYS have great prices, have daily deals, are always open for suggestions on new products, goes above and beyond to get you what you want at reasonable prices, and has a wide variety of all kinds of products ! If I could go with a higher rating this place would be a 10! I have never walked away unsatisfied with this store!

Wizards is top notch!! The staff is super knowledgable and very relaxed. The owner himself came out and greeted me. The have a huge variety and dont make you feel bad about asking alot of questions. Once again Top Notch!!
