Not very reliable, I would not count on this location!! Extremely disappointed!! I asked for a flat bed and talked the lady 3 times about it and that don’t even have flat beds ☹️

Just spoke to a women on the phone that works there, let her know the support chains on our uhaul busted and we were gonna stop by for some new ones. She said “you’re fussin at the wrong person, i don’t know anything about that and no one is here to help you.” Worst customer service ever! Why be open if you’re the only one there? LOL people these days don’t know how to work, and don’t want to work.
