I desperately needed new carpet in my 2000 Bayliner Capre 20’ ski boat. I talked to many companies all throughout the DFW to Tyler, TX. area and had outrageous quotes for new carpet installation and some wood replacement. I found V’s Boat carpeting and decided to give them a chance. They gave me a fair price, did amazing work on the carpet and rebuilt the pedestal for the motor cover. These folks did an amazing job! I picked my boat up today ahead of schedule and on budget.

Top quality work, great communication and an all-around great experience working with Demetrius. V's recovered my seats, installed new carpet, and replaced my worn trailer bunks. They pay great attention to detail and are always available by phone. I highly recommend their services to any of my Boating friends. (Before and after pictures attached) Thank you V's!!

Job was not completed as agreed upon - I had two boat cushions taken to replace. They incorrectly matched the color and was not willing to compromise on a solution. Additionally, the back of the cushions (carpet/felt) material was supposed to be replaced, and it was not. And it took longer than promised. When trying to discuss the issues with the owner, he was hostile, defensive and began cussing. I do not recommend!!

I own a Boat Rental company and i was redoing carpet on a large pontoon for the first time, i had trouble sourcing out 8.5ft wide carpet. After weeks of searching I happen to come across their website, initially spoke with Demetrius, he had the carpet i was looking for. He took the time to explain to me the industry tips and tricks to get the job done right. He could’ve easily just sold me the carpet and said good luck, but he went above and beyond. When i went to pick up the carpet, his employee Josh took the time out of his day to show me exactly what equipment they use and how to install the carpet step by step. Just overall amazing people. They made a customer for life. Thanks again guys, the pontoon came out amazing because of your help!

I put down a deposit 1-10-2022 drop date was Jan 23 after 2 pm which I did .I brought new skins for my seats and new foam to put In them. DEMETROIS INSTRUCED me to take the new foam back with me because he would not need it because he would clean the old foam and it would be like new. I told him then that I did want my old skins back because they had no cuts or tears in them. So I took the foam back with me then. When he called me and said my boat was ready . I went to pick it up . That is when he told me my seats were trash and he had thrown them away. Boat was not finished parts we missing not installed properly etc. Went back home with out the boat.He called me on Feb 15 letting me know the boat was ready. This was 24 days later . He had said 1 week turnaround. That did not happen. I made several trips back and forth. I felt I had to take the boat home on the 15th for fear something bad would happen to it. This was one of the worst experiences a person could have.. Beware Demetrois never recalls any conversation that you will have with him. Worked on this boat a full day when I got home and I will need to take it to someone else to get the seats redone. My but hits the bottom every time I set in them rough rides for sure. I had an appointment to bring in my boat for some vinyl work in early March. The day prior the owner cancelled on me. When attempting to reschedule I asked the owner to simply text me a couple photos of the vinyl color choices (literally dark or light grey) and he responded saying “no I won’t go digging through materials, either bring it in or don’t”. Then “take it elsewhere”. This caught me by total surprise considering I had the boat in the driveway ready to head to their shop (for the second time). I own a small business as well, our guiding principle is to treat our clients with the upmost respect and dignity. That’s what I’d expect as well as a customer. The unprovoked snap showed the true professionalism of the individual who owns this shop. I was trying to hire them for their services and to support a small business and the lack of gratitude I received gave me a bad feeling about this business.
An apology would go a long way.
