My experience was all around terrible. Compared to other places this was almost twice the price for a mount and they took 2 years. In reality it probably took one and a half but they have horrible communication. I was told it would take a year. I called a year after dropping it off and they casually told me it wasn’t ready but they would let me know when it was. I asked for a heads up because I not live out of state and would have to plan a 10 hr drive to go get it. They promised they would. The man I spoke to even said maybe he could meet me on the way to see his brother. No one ever called. The second year passed. I called them again. They said it was done. Who knows for how long it’s been done because they never told me it was ready. I asked if i only had 30 days because I was told I would be given notice when they were working on it so I could plan my trip. The lady on the phone was rude and said no just the 30 days.
Just get your mounts done anywhere else.

Always great to work with. I take all my deer, hogs, and cattle to them. I’ve been treated with respect and professionalism for years. Great place for all custom processing needs. Fair price and always great quality.

Not very happy with this place when you schedule a drop off time. And thay are a no show stayed for 30 mins passed drop off time in the 103 heat. Not a good way to start off a business relationship.

Very rude people running this business. I won’t be back as a repeat customer. I had been using them for over 8 years and their customer service used to be great. The lady threatened to throw my meat away because I was unable to pick it up because my aunt was in a coma.

The absolute most horrible job on a mount I’ve ever had. I would’ve been absolutely ashamed to send this to a customer looking like this… DO NOT USE FOR TAXIDERMY!!

I have used Santa Anna processing for years . I am unsure who the owners are now . The original owner was fantastic. . Recently my experience wasn’t so good . I brought a hog in , then a deer . I brought the deer a week later . The hog wasn’t ready. They notified me , and told them by text when I could pick it up . ( I prepaid 100.00 for the hog ) deer season is barely In it’s second month. Too show their customer appreciation I was charged a 20.00 storage fee when I got out there to pick both up. I drive 40 miles out of the way to take game out there . Brownwood is closer. Perks deer processing will be getting my game . This grieve me .I loved using Santa Anna in the past .

This was my first big game hunting experience with a guide. We were lucky enough to harvest a beautiful Axis buck. We decided to have it mounted along with a very odd looking black buck. Our guide at Sisco D, Justin Leverich,(fantastic) recommended this outfit. After dropping off the animal I also found out the owners are my clients cousins. After 1 year we began calling and the story changed every time as to why it wasn’t ready. We were never told of any problems with the hide or the antlers. Finally after harassing them we were told the caping was performed incorrectly and they couldn’t do the mount. By this time we had dropped off 5 separate animals. We asked that everything be gathered up to be picked up the following morning. Out of 5 animals they had one completed although incorrectly. My Axis cape was the only thing not returned. So I have no idea what actually happened. We paid the bill for the work that was incorrectly done. We took all the animals to another taxidermist to be completed. The owners and the staff are not to be trusted.

The management at this establishment is the most unprofessional I have ever come across. From dragging animals across a concrete parking lot, to constant excuses why deadlines cannot be met, to flat out lying and loss of animals and finally laying the blame for their incompetence on unrelated parties. I cannot begin to explain their inability to perform the responsibility of a professional taxidermist. If you have animals at this “business” I must counsel you to remove them immediately. If you have need of a consummate professional taxidermist please see my previous recommendations. In the pictures you will notice a split down the back of the mount and glued down fur in the ears. Total butcher “job” by these individuals. Buyer beware.

I bought a half of beef from these clowns I paid 1000.00 for it when I got it back it had a bad smell to it and a funny taste to it. I called the owner was suppose to call me back but never did. So I put a review on facebook and got his attention he basically told me tough shit I already paid for it. I called the health inspector they went and investigated him. I've got pictures of the floor in his cooler that's got dried blood with water all over it. I've got a statement from the health inspector that said is cooler stunk when he opened the door. These people are nothing but thieves. I would not deal with these people I complain to the better business bureau. I've heard he's been run out of several other businesses because of his meat.
