Texas Frontier Trading Post offers travelers and local citizens opportunities to learn about and explore the Penatuhkah Comanche Trails and Texas frontier history. Post Proprietor Linda Pelon, a cultural anthropologist with a research focus on Texas Comanche history and land use, intends for this new business to enhance travel experiences by offering opportunities to learn from featured books by respected researchers who are able to communicate their research in a reader friendly manner. A variety of art, gifts and foods relevant to the Texas frontier and Comanche Indian history are also available. Custom tour advising is offered by appointment in-person or on zoom. Book signings and artist receptions will be announced as scheduled.
