I just purchased a 31 ft travel trailer and reached out to these guys to see if there was any available space. I was greeted with a stern hello when the lady answered the phone. I gave my name and asked the angry lady what her name was - She basically yelled at me telling me that she wasn't going to give me her name and what did I want. I said that I wanted to be a customer but I guess I would pass this time. BTW I live up the road in League City. your attitude lost you a multi year contract. good luck.

We had an emergency back home and had to find a safe place to store our RV and we were so lucky to find Big D2 storage. The lot is clean and the covered storage is excellent, I wish I had a place like this back home. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make it as easy as possible to leave our RV in a safe environment. Thank you so much for everything. They are nice people.
