They were so helpful and easy to deal with that I went forward with having my vehicle repaired there as well. Alexis was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle came back to me in perfect condition. She even called to discuss the variety of wheel options; she didn’t have to do this. My vehicle was completed four days before the estimated completion date. It was super clean and the repairs look great.”

Last week I had a small issue with the skid plate under my 2013 Honda. I reached out to Friendswood Auto Center and spoke with Don. He told me to come by the shop and they would look at it.
Don and Norman are great and I felt like I had known them for years by their friendly personalities and they are also professional and efficient. I was in and out in 20 mins.

“Very courteous and communication was on point. The only constructive criticism is that when I arrived to pick my vehicle up, it was left unlocked in the parking lot. I'm not sure if it was only left unlocked that day or if it was the whole weekend but it did worry me a tiny bit. Repairs were great and nice people, so 5 stars overall.”

“I have a 2019 Toyota 4runner and went to swap out the OEM roof rack with a new full rack. Well, I broke a bracket when taking the stock rack off and needed to go in through the headliner to replace it. Some people, more patient than me, can probably handle this kind of thing on there own but truthfully I didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t want to break anything else. SOOO, I stopped in here with my husband as a last ditch effort to get this fixed before the rain rolled in and I had an even bigger problem. Rex and his team took time out of their busy schedules to help me with my problem and see it the same day. They fixed and replaced the broken brackets and had it done in less than two hours. We went home, threw the new rack up and have been happy and grateful since. Rex also took time to talk with my husband and I about some of his modifications and experiences with product to help us better understand and learn more about camping/overlanding. Absolutely great experience.I recommend this place even if there is a wait time, be patient, it’s worth the wait! We’ll definitely be back again for our next mod :)”

“I normally don’t do online reviews but have to make a callout for the folks at DeMontrond on this. I bought a new Thor class C rv earlier this year from DeMontrond Tx City and have had it in for service a few times for oil changes and a few warranty items. This week we picked it up and the onan gen wouldn’t stay on. We have a 3000 mile trip to the dakotas and they squeezed us in to replace the faulty fuel pump so we could get on the road. Special call out to Erwin, Bubba and Kimberly! Caring folks and great customer focus. Thank you!!!!”

Originally thought we’d have to wait a couple weeks for a part (which they were up front about) but they went above and beyond to hunt down the part for us and got us out in a week. More than fair pricing with knowledgeable staff that was able to return our car to like new condition.
