Received this beautiful arrangement with fresh and fragrant flowers for my birthday. The bouquet was abundant with colorful flowers arranged perfectly! I was also happy they included directions to care for them. I am very impressed with the staff, the quality of the flowers and their ability to create stunning arrangements!

Ordered the most gorgeous flowers for my Mom. One of the most stunning bouquets I’ve ever seen and it still looked gorgeous WEEKS later. The quality of the product and amazing service make DW Florals our favorite flower shop ever! Thank you so much for making my mom so happy!!!

What a great local business. I have been using DW Florals for every special occasion. Wedding flowers, anniversaries, and birthdays for over 2 years. The customer service has always been great. Kristina has to be one of their best employees. She has helped me pick different arrangements for each occasion. Just today, my seven year old son wanted to buy flowers for his mom's birthday. He told Kristina his budget was $10-$13, and he left with some really pretty flowers and a card. She went out of her way to make his gift special. DW really gives that hometown vibe. Kristina was awesome and down to earth. She is part of the reason DW has wonderful energy about it. They do deliver. Depending on the time of the order, they can get it out pretty quickly. It's hard to find a good flower shop, but we have one right here in Santa Fe. If this review helps hit that like button. ?
Update: I went back into D W Florals & Gifts for Mother's Day flowers. Once again, they had beautiful arrangements set out and were busy making more. Kristina, who I thought was an awesome employee, is actually an awesome co-owner of this wonderful business. She provided outstanding customer service as always. She was able to help me out with four arrangements so that all the women in my life would feel special on this day. Just like before, she was able to meet my needs. If you are in need of flowers, this is your place. DW also has a gift shop, so you can pick up other nice things to add with your flowers. I got a decorative cutting board also. This shop is a great example of a locally owned business run by two great owners.

My husband sent me this gorgeous floral arrangement for Valentine’s Day! Each rose selected was just perfect in shape and color. I could tell they took a lot of time in prepping and paid close attention to detail! I highly recommend them. I will definitely be calling on them in the future!

I purchased flowers for my wife on our anniversary on 07/02/2023 today is 07/09/2023 and these flowers still look like the day I bought them home, I have purchased many flowers from on line florist and local florist and have never received such beautiful flowers that last so long I received exceptional service as well I called in advance and they were ready when I got there. I will never purchase flowers anywhere else if I could give a 10 star rating I would. I definitely recommend this florist and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Do not order unseen arrangements from this establishment. If you do, pick it up yourself, do not have it delivered. That way you can make sure you get what you pay for. The two pictures show you the arrangement on their site that I purchased. I have the email confirmation (also posted). I have also posted the arrangement they delivered. Huge difference from what I paid for and what was received.
