Very nice people at the counter, service was great. They had everything I was looking for, especially pan sausage. I will be cooking the roast first.

We used Doreck’s to process a deer. They were very professional and friendly. We had some questions for processing and they were knowledgeable. Turn around time was about a week and they communicated well for pick up. We chose their jalapeño sausage and have had multiple people tell us how good it was. We will be back!

Old time meat market. Good selection. Cafe is excellent but they get busy around lunch so wait can be on the long side
