Independent pharmacies are a rare thing these days….so I’m grateful that Lone Star is thriving! The staff is attentive, the pharmacists are professional and the gift shop is great to browse if you have to wait for your prescription.

Cute lil shop you really should check it out especially if your stumped to get a gift . There's some oddities that aren't everywhere n the receiver will be empressed and delighted.

This was my first time visiting Lone Star Pharmacy. It was very nice, the owner is a very likable person . It has a small restaurant, sales clothing, etc. besides Pharmacy. I recommend this pharmacy.

Lone Star Pharmacy is the best pharmacy around.. Excellent customer service. If you have a question they will take the time to answer it.. I have been going here for years, and not once have I had a bad experience..

I have a 102 degree fever with covid. My doctor sent my prescription here. When I came to pickup the prescription they only gave me 2 of the 3 medications prescribed. They didn't even tell me they didn't have my covid medicine until I asked. It appears they didn't care. I finally got them to agree to forward it to another pharmacy. I asked if they could call and verify that they have it and that they take my insurance. The refused saying that they never answer the phone. He didn't even attempt to make the call. I was standing at the counter when he said this to the girl. Low and behold I can't get it at CVS either. Now 3 hours later I am trying Walgreens, and they are saying it will be a minimum of 3 more hours. I am not mad that he didn't have the medicine, I am upset that he didn't care enough about his client to even attempt to make a phone call. He just does not seem to care, but he was happy to take my money for the other 2 prescriptions.

Just like all drug stores...some staff helpful and some rude...but only one rude...and rest very friendly. Fast and refill by text available.
