I had an emergency issue with a piece dragging underneath my car Saturday. Pulled into this repair shop and Keith went out of his way to help. The shop was very busy yet Keith stopped what he was working on and crawled under my car to help me. I was prepared to pay any amount but was only charged a very small fee. From here out they have my business! Highly recommend this shop.

I live out of town and was in the area for work. This shop came highly recommended by the employees at the nearby OReillys after having multiple errors/check engines lights came on in my car. These guys at this shop were so kind and got me back on the road fast! I would definitely trust these guys again to work on my car and will recommend them to anyone needing a car repair. Thanks again for your kindness today! It was truly appreciated.

The guys are honest! Always take care of me. I trust them 100%! Also. Im a single women and i have done business 7yrs with them. NEVER not one problem. My car is ALWAYS fixed correctly.They have GREAT sense of humor.Thanks guys!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We were quoted super expensive repairs for new ac through other places. We brought it here and spent less than $300 and have ice cold ac again. I am so happy we have finally found an honest repair place. Thank you for being good humans!

We had car trouble while in vacation in Houston. Gulf Way was able to fit us in, fix our vehicle, and let us spend the rest of our vacation in peace without having to worry about our vehicle. It’s hard to put your trust in a mechanic you don’t know, but we are glad we did so with Gulf Way!

We were on our way to Galveston Island when our car overheated. Showed us how to fill the radiator (not just the reservoir), gave us water for our dog and got us on our way. Wouldn't take payment. May God bless this establishment and all who work here

I came in for a state inspection w a dead phone that had my proof on insurance on it and he loaned me a charger no questions asked. I spilled my drink everywhere because I’m a clutz, the guy was very nice and mopped it up and even brought me a new drink.Great customer service, would recommend!
