Ian extremely dissatisfied , this is an understatement of how distilled l dissatisfied i am. I was handed my tax return at the front desk and asked to pay without knowing if I owed money or was getting money back I found this out form the receptionist that told me in front of the other customers I’m the waiting room. My finance is my PRIVATE knowledge I Don I not and do not want it discussed in front of other people. I had questions about my current tax forms and in the future taxes I was not allowed a consultation with Betty that prepared my taxes I waited and she also wanted to discuss my questions in front of the people in the waiting area this is BS. She was and wanted my financial information in front of the people in the waiting room I also needed to pull up some info from a web site, at home it took me 3 minuets to pull up, not that I would have in front of other people. I was allotted led than the 3 minuets to get the info she asked for and again I would NEVER discuss my finances in front of strangers NEVER. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY TIME AT ALL. UNDER MO CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THE OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DISCUSS YOU’RE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN FRONT OF STRANGERS NEVER.

I recommend H&R Block because of Ms. Elizabeth, fast, simple enough to understand, and smooth process. I have been coming to H&R block since I was 18 and Im 37 now, and I will continue to come as long as they keep up this good work and Ms. Elizabeth works there! Love her service!

do not use h&r block they made a mistake on my tax return and I got a $300 fee from the irs because h&r is incompetent ??
