While the lady who did our taxes was nice,a number was left out on the direct deposit so we will have to contact again. Also the cost to do these were way too high. We were quoted one amount and then when we added another form the cost went up almost double. If I had been quoted that number to start with I would have walked out. And the fact that you pulled your discounts in the last week before tax dead line shows you don’t care about your clients. I will not be back. No stars.

We had a horrible experience. The tax lady Sarah I believe said we do not qualify for any deductions because my husband was an engineer. She was rude and made the whole process absolutely miserable and kept making snarky comments on how much we had to pay. We ended up taking them to Ms. Debra at the Jackson Hewitt in Texas city and oh my goodness! Completely different Attitude and helped us tremendously with every step! Definitely do not recommend this one.
