I went in having trouble with my Iphone 12 and miss Erica helped me get my Iphone back on and working. She showed me what to do the next time my screen goes black. I am not a current carrier with Metro by T-Mobile but I will be looking at switching over and going through miss Erica. She answered all my questions for when I get ready to switch over to Metro by T-Mobile and gave me all the right information to get things started and I will be going back to see miss Erica at the store. She is a nice kind lady and knows everything I was going to ask and didn't take anytime to answer my questions. If you need a phone or your phone fixed go see miss Erica.

Everytime I go here these females don't wanna do they're Job. Or trying to charge for changing a phone over when I just changed it 2 days ago and I was not charged. Find a different metro store cause I sure am. RIDICULOUS!

The staff is not very helpful and would prefer if you didn't interrupt their conversation to pay your bill. They will tell you to do it online! If I'm out in the area, it's easier to run in, they get paid to do it, put a smile on your face and do the freaking job!!!
