Kenneth was totally professional, very patient and helped me overcome a lot of obstacles that I was dealing with once I got home with a new phone. He started me out with good information but it wasn’t until I tried to use it I was running into roadblocks. I just finished sitting at his desk again and I believe everything has been cleared up and I know that if I need to text again he will respond. Thank you.”
