“I like to reserve rentals in the app and go pick them up, so far no problems with this redbox location. I have learned that there is no option inside the Redbox app to cancel a reservation, instead a time-consuming phone call needs to be made to customer service. In the event that the Redbox machine is down, cancelling a reservation over the phone is not convenient. I don't like being charged for a DVD rental reservation that I couldn't get access to.”

Now only local way to rent movies or games. Lines are rare but possible. Stock can be hit or miss based off of what's hot in the area now and what's no. So depending on what's rented out and what has been returned makes your selections available to rent. Tho many machines to check around most towns if one is out of the movie or game you want.
