“Very friendly and helpful! My co-workers called Cortez because I had hit metal debris on my way to training and am not familiar with the Santa Fe area. The engine splashguard panel had been ripped by the debris so it was dragging underneath my car. Fernando quickly took time out of his day to check over my car and remove the hanging panel and let me know that no other damage was caused, so my car was safe to drive. I would definitely recommend them based on how they helped me in this situation alone. Saved my day!! Thank you, Fernando!”

“I have gone here for my oil changes the last 2 years. They always take good care of my car. I never had to wait more than 10 mins. They also have done my inspections and they are good with that as well. The workers are also honest. I thought there was something wrong with my car and they pointed out the minor issue (my car is low so have to drive up certain driveways carefully). The guy test drove my car with me and took his time with me. Even reassured me. He was honest and that made me trust that I can keep bringing my car up there for service. This is a must stop place for your car.”

“Referred to them by another shop in Webster because they can deal with “difficult cars”. After three other shops would either ignore my vehicle and make little to no attempt at troubleshooting or throw parts at it Dynamic Solutions took two weeks, spoke with me several times to keep me updated, followed the issue to its source and changed one part after providing sound rationale. Price was fair and they did resolve the issue. This is my shop.”
“My water pump went out on my Explorer. It is tied in with my timing chain, so both had to be replaced. Of course this happened a day after Hurricane Beryol hit the area. It took a few days to fix because of this, which I think is good considering the circumstances. My vehicle is running fine again since I’ve gotten it back.”

“I had my tires changed and overall they did a good job. There was a few hiccups with them telling .e they pur aside 4 tires, and by the time I got there for my appt, someone sold one of them, so they only had 3. Then I had to go to another location and tried to make an appt, but they wouldn't take appts so I had to sit up at Wal-Mart for 2 hours before they could start.”

“A few weeks ago I submitted a 1 start review about the service I received from Ron Carter. I must come back and give a different review because a few days after I got my car back, Daphne reached out to me about my car lights not working and she wanted to make it right. Daphne apologized for the service I received and she definitely made it right. She got my car in and she had my lights fixed and even fixed some other recalls that popped up. I was able to pick up my car the next morning. Daphne made sure she communicated with me and I appreciate that. Thank you Daphne for making things right!!”
