Honestly one of the worst banks I've dealt with. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. There was an employee by the name Brooke who is by far the absolute worst person in there. I do not recommend banking with this location.

I like the bank but Bill Pay support is not very good, extreme hold times. (note Bill Pay support is not Texas First people). Very home town feel.

Loved my experience there with Brooke M. I went to open a new account here & She literally made me feel like we have been friends all my life. She's very professional, knowledgeable & took her time. I didn't feel like I was just a customer to her. The location inside is very different, it kinda reminds me of old indians shop. I absolutely love it, it's so cute, it doesn't feel like a bank

Kayla Schaeffer makes my day, every time I come in to the bank, along with all the other staff.Everyone knows me by name at Texas first, the best bank in Galveston county.
