“Very compassionate care for my friend and his dog that needed to be put to sleep! They willingly let him try one more attempt to treat the dog, then waited until my friend got off work to euthanize the dog in his presence. Kindness and caring beyond expectations!”

“I brought my cat in for a health certificate. Everything was orderly and efficient. I was told to call when I arrived and they immediately brought out the paperwork and collected records. Afterwards they came for my cat, I like that they didn't keep her in the clinic any longer than she needed to be!”

“I’m really happy with the care my dog received at this clinic. Everyone was so kind, patient, and caring with him. I was especially nervous about his surgery, but the staff took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel reassured that he was in good hands. I really appreciate how gentle they were with Cookie and how well they communicated with me throughout the whole process. It made a stressful experience so much easier. I would especially recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a caring and trustworthy vet, especially if you have a pet who needs surgery or extra medical care. I’m very grateful to the entire team for taking such good care of my Pom.”

“We were bringing our dog here to be seen and they did a fabulous job with him. Unfortunately, his condition was to the point where we did end up having to put him down and they were absolutely amazing every step of the way while we had to make that decision and grieve with him. I enjoy this clinic so much I now have two kittens that I am bringing to be seen by the same vet. My mother in law also uses this clinic to bring her dog to be seen.”

826 Grand Avenue, Bacliff TX 77518
“Slowly but surely introducing my cats to NVC-Bacliff as needed. I first met Dr Pleasant at a Dickinson location when Gracee was ill. She treated us both so professionally & kindly. She didn’t frown at my large cat sized family & understood cost will always be a factor. I will & have followed her to the location closest to our home. Communication is great with her & the Bacliff facility.”

1200 Hwy 35 Byp N North suite b 101, Alvin TX 77511
“The hour wait to pick up my dad's dog was ridiculous. Then instead of just taking accountability, the girl yells that she told another girl to get him. Mind you she kept looking at me standing there and made eye contact several times. Granted a rush of pets came in and out, however, all I was doing was picking up the dog, as no payment or checkout info was required...just needed to be handed the lead and walk out. The staff was friendly. The regulars seemed to really like the doctors.”
