The beach is just minutes away. The owners are super kind, very welcoming, friendly, down to earth, and always willing to help, with a great attitude. They are family-owned and the residents are friendly. The park is noted for its amazing price, considered a complete steal and very fair for the amenities offered. Many guests state it is the best RV park they have stayed at and report they will definitely be back.

Best RV park in Sargent. Best price with the most amenities. They've got laundry & propane on site. Great fishing right on the property too. Family owned and everyone is just friendly. Very fair on price, 50/30 amp, great water pressure. Pull through and back in sites on concrete slabs. Just minutes from the Gulf.

The owners were super kind, and very welcoming. We were the only crazy people in tents but our three teen girls had a blast! The price for the stay was amazing for the amenities they offer. We sat in the community room playing dominoes and cards and the bathrooms were spotless! The residents were friendly also.We will definitely...
