I was in line at the Dollar General on CR 286 in Sargent, TX when I witnessed a cashier named Nathan treat a customer very rudely. The customer, who appeared to have a disability, simply asked for help bagging some water bottles, and Nathan refused with an attitude, acting annoyed and dismissive. His tone was cold and disrespectful, and it was uncomfortable to watch. There was no reason for him to treat anyone that way, let alone someone who clearly needed a bit of assistance. It was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from someone in a customer service role.

Unprofessional and Rude Cashier named Nathan
I had a disappointing experience at this Dollar General (5610 CR 286, Sargent, TX) due to the behavior of a staff member named Nathan. He was rude, dismissive, and refused to bag the water bottles I purchased. As someone with a disability, I found his attitude not only unhelpful but also discriminatory.
There was no reason for the poor treatment—I was polite and respectful as a customer. It felt like Nathan decided who deserves service based on appearance, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the store.
I hope the management takes steps to address this and ensures all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

I just walked in and made a 25.00 purchase, tried to buy two lighters. My dog and my purse are in the car they tell me I cannot purchase until I have an ID. I am a regular customer for the last 6 years! I am 71 years old what the heck is wrong with your company? The people you higher I feel sorry for them and I won't be going back in your store

So two things the new upgrade is not bad except now the store looks really cluttered and two days after they open the registers go down now they're the only accepting cards and not everybody that lives in this town has a card and has to go elsewhere to get what they need when it's been a week since they're registers went down and nobody's come out to fix the problem so people that pay cash can actually go in the store and spend money

Need to fix the parking lot. Has huge holes that can really damage a vehicle. All dollar stores are like that. Don't know why. Runs out of bread alot. The weekenders take all the food half the time. Other than that it's a decent place to shop
