Clean, machines all work.
The only real downside is that you must have CASH & cash machines will not take anything larger than $5. It is very inconvenient for those who have to go to the ATM prior and have $20 on hand. Additionally, prices are much higher than a previous reviewer mentioned. Washers range from $3 to $7. Dryers are $.25 for 6 minutes...pretty average.
We won't be a regular unless they get a CC machine, but they may not command that kind of volume business.

I usually go to a diff city laundry who has 4.7 stars but today it was busy. I did not want to come here bc of the reviews but it was the closest one.** I was surprised. This laundromat is VERY clean! Prices are reasonable- $3 for small washer and $5 for the large ones. There is a coin machine that accepts ONLY $1 & $5 BILLS- have your bills ready. I am currently waiting on my clothes to wash and dry. Will update this review soon.But the only COMPLAINT I have is the SMELL. It smells like sewer. Not pleasant.

My clothes had 13 mins and it was 8:53. A.d the guy took my clothes out and told me its closing time.They close at 9. AND ITS EXPENSIVE AS HELL! AND THE WASHERS DONT EVEN GET THEM ALL THE WAY CLEAN. UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST RUDE.

The floor haven't been sweep it is covered in trash. The machines look like the have never been washed down. Only 6 of the washers work and 4 of the dryers work. I have lost so much money in the machines due to not being marked out of order. And the restroom never had any paper towels or toilet paper and is so nasty there is no way you can use it. And I have left notes requesting my money back that was lost due to mechanical issues and not being marked and have never been contacted back. I wouldn't take my puppies laundry there.

Machines are completely broken and stole our money new management is not doing anything and all the responses I’ve seen are just downright rude they’re being sued currently the doors are still open but the water is shut off so they will not fill with water to wash none of the machines work and it stole at least $10 out of our money!!! Pretty messed up if you ask me

I really wish someone would buy this place and fix it up. The only closest one is 15 mins away. That could be a hardship for people who don't have transportation.

Update: owner is quick to respond and rectify. They will be replacing coin machines. Not a good start on first week open, machines are brand new and looks to run great, but seriously get some new coin machines. The big coin machine, you have to bang on the side to get your coins to release and the smaller machine will not except your dollars. If you're going to remodel and update your washer and dryers you might as well do the coin machines also.

8-26-2021 -Most machines don't work. At 11:35 power went out so I'm leaving with wet clothes. I guess they'll realize this someday.Owner says dryers are gas but the power is out and the dryers won't start back up. No lights nothing.

I changed this to a one after I already loaded all my leftover change into Dryer 6 and it never got hot. I am out of change because the changer doesn’t work and my dang clothes are still wet. Now I’m extremely upset!!!!!!Usually it’s a 5 Star facility but the changer didn’t work today and that was enough for the three star drop. Mostly because I had to spend two dollars at the store to get enough change for a single load of laundry. Hopefully it will get fixed soon. It looks like all the power is off in the change machine.
