Went to the mens room and there was no toilet paper. Had to wait for the other bathroom as a result. When I told the cashier in the store he just shrugged his shoulders and smiled like it wasn't his problem

An all gender restroom is a women's restroom. News flash.... \\\"woman\\\" is a gender. For a single occupancy restroom with a locking door, it doesn't matter the gender of the person using it before you, you still have to wait. So.... all of you complaining about \\\"no womens restroom\\\", do your homework next time. Thank you 7 Eleven for taking for taking this step to make life safer for trans and non binary people.

One bathroom out of order, the one bathroom still working was gross. No toilet paper and there were ants covering the toilet seat. I decided to just leave.

Tried to use the Exxon mobile app and it said I was at a Dallas gas station so I couldn't pay. Then I try to use my debit card and put my zip in, it didn't accept!! Had to use my pin, which I don't like doing at the pump!! Then it tells me to see the cashier for the receipt! If I wanted to go inside, I wouldn't have paid at the pump!! And the sanitizer at the pump was empty and the trash can full!!

Rude staff. I asked if they had a certain lottery ticket and there was response it if shows it there then yes. I said but are they in stock and he didn't even bother to check. Instead he pulled my card out of the card reader right when I was going for it instead of answering my question.

I am looking forward to speaking with speaking with the owner of this franchise. They have falsely advertised sales that were wrong. Chicken on a stick was advertised at 8 for $2. Cookies have always been 2 for$1. My previous experience says that with taxes I pay $3.25. I was charged an extra dollar because the cashier \\\"didn't know the price\\\" when its clearly on the package, on display by the register and out front in the aisle. I will never ever make another purchase there ever again.
