Had back to back appointments for my kids at 2:15 and 2:30 PM. Left my house an hour before my appointment but sadly could not have predicted a 3 car pile up shutting down the highway making my trip take 1.5 hours. The office staff then refused to see me because I was more than 10 minutes late (I was 15 minutes late for the first appointment), and said I could either come back at 4:45 PM in 2 hours or rescheduled to tomorrow. No compassion or understanding it’s not like I was willfully late for the appointment, don’t go to this office or this provider if you expect understanding from office staff

Was going off good reviews so decided to give this place a try. Never again. Took my children to get a TB skin test here ( not because they were exposed but because they were needing to get screened for a program) any way first we arrived no one else was in waiting room then others arrived. They called 3 different patients to the back even though they showed up after us. I asked what the hold up was and was told that a nurse had to administer the injection and a nurse wasn't available. After waiting the medical assistant called us to the back and apparently a nurse was no longer needed to give the injection. I then asked the medical assistant if there were any side effects or anything alarming after taking the injection she said no. Afterwards my daughter wanted to faint in the parking and had a severe headache. Today she still has a headache so I called Dr office to see what could be done and the Dr said that isn't a symptom and that it's something separate and to schedule another Dr visit. I googled it and having a headache is clearly a symptom that is rare and doesn't happen to everyone but fact is that it happens. Highly unprofessional office staff. Going back to their original pediatric Dr the 35 minute drive is completely worth it. Do not take your kids here!

we are very glad we have found this pediatrician . Dr Pinon is very educated on infants & gives lots of great advice , but still allows for parents wants to be understood . She will give you all of your options & allow you to pick what’s best for your family.

My son and I love this doctor’s office due to all the great and friendly medical staff that work here. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and kindness. They make sure you’re also well informed to help prevent any other futuristic health issues as best as possible. Anything you need, they do all they can to help. I would definitely suggest for you to bring your kids here!

We love it here. No long waits. They accommodated us for sick visits in a timely manner. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!!

We just had our first appointment.. as a first time mom with a bunch of questions I was very scared to go into an office where I wasn’t being answered or rushed but no… Dr Jessie was great and he staff! She answered all our questions , informed us about a lot of things relating to our questions , she took her time! Not once did I feel rushed or overwhelmed she is super nice & informative.
We left the apt happy to find a Dr so great and willing to answer our questions.

Doctor Jessie Jeevarajan is an excellent professional. She shows interest in knowing all of my daughter's symptoms when she gets sick. This makes her give us a very accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. She also has trained staff, especially Helen, who is very kind.
