We hired Mike Allen dba Alamo Printer Service to fix a printer for us. He required up front payment, which we provided. He then never fixed our printer. He said he used the money to buy a part but never got the part but whatever happened, we never got our printer fixed and he kept our money. We hired someone else to fix the printer and it turns out the problem was something other than what Mike claimed. Be wary, he will take your money and not provide the contracted services.

I had Mike from Alamo printer services come out to look at my printer. He was very helpful in troubleshooting and figuring out what is going on with it. Thankful for his guidance and expertise.

We hired Mike Allen, dba Alamo Printer Service, to fix a printer. He required payment up front which we provided. Then he kept our money and never repaired our printer. We ended up hiring another company to fix our printer and it turns out that the problem was not even what Mike took our money to fix. Be very wary!

Mike was great. He helped us resolve our issues with our printer in a speedy manner. We will definitely take all our printers to him in the future.

Incredibly disappointed! We initially reached out to Alamo Printer Services because we had a power outage that fried the board in our plotter printer. Mike came out and was very helpful with ordering a new part and replacing it but unfortunately the fix didn't work. We opted to order a new plotter printer with Mike and had to pay almost $5,000 upfront to get the unit ordered. This was a huge mistake! We went months with excuse after excuse of why our plotter wasn't available; with the distributer always getting the blame. We ultimately filled out a refund form and waited another month or so with no refund in sight. We asked Mike for the distributors information (Mamba Printer; which I don't think exists) and he was extremely reluctant to give us any contact but ultimately gave us an email. We have been attempting to get a refund now for 6 months. I would not suggest using Alamo Printer for any sort of services. I honestly don't believe there was ever another distributor and that Mike stole our money; so save yourself the hassle and use someone else.

Awesome customer service. Mike was clear and informative, a great help in guiding me through the process. Timely and very professional. Will definitely reach out to them again for my copier service needs! Highly recommend.

Be extremely wary of Alamo Printer Services!!! Very unethical business practices. Michael came to my office in December to quote my printer repair. I prepaid for the repair (in hindsight, mistake on my part). He told me it would take 2 weeks to receive the parts. I completely understood that delays could happen due to supply chain issues. After 4 weeks, he said the parts are still on backorder. I told him that I could no longer wait and we had decided to not repair the machine. He had me sign a contract cancellation and a refund would be issued within 8-10 weeks (unbelievable!!!!). It has now been 4 months since I signed the cancellation and the refund still has not been issued. I have repeatedly emailed Michael and he does not respond. There is something going on with this guy. He keeps saying the refund will come from his vendor. What in the world does that even mean??? --- I paid Alamo Printer Service. My next phone call is to my attorney - this is theft. OH, and I hate that I have to select even one star to post this!!!!I'm editing my post to add that he's trying to tell me that he responds to every one of my emails - HE DOES NOT. He originally told me the refund will take 6-8 weeks. He tells me today that the cancellation states the refund will take 60-90 days - False, it does not state any timeline at all. He states today that it hasn't even been 90 days.......seriously.....it's been over 120 days. Unbelievable.

Michael was super helpful and easy to talk to. My printer stopped working and I was referred to Alamo Printer by the insurance I had on the device. He was straightforward and told me exactly what the diagnosis was. I would definitely trust him with all my other printers going forward.

I am a small business and my printer decided to just stop working. I was referred to Alamo Printer by the insurance I had bought for the device. Michael was super helpful, easy to talk to and very straightforward. I would DEFINITELY recommend going to Alamo Printer if you need help.

He has given every excuse under the sun, from being out town , being in sick, funerals, etc. He continues to throw a contract at me which he is my supplier . Payment was made to him but he brings up a " nameless supplier" which he refuses to give us any contact information so this can be resolved. 7 MONTHS OF WAITING AND REACHING OUT TO MIKE TO NO AVAIL. i HAVE SEVEN MONTHS OF EMAILS AND CALL LOGS. HE HAS PROVEN TO BE A VERY DISHONEST BUSINESSMAN . STAY AWAY FROM ALAMO PRINTER SERVICE AND MIKE ALLEN.

Mike is a very dishonest business man. He has for over seven months kept money that we prepaid for printer repair parts (700+ dollars). He has given us every sob story and excuse he can think of that border on laughable. He continues to blame it on his "supplier" and refuses to give us their contact information so we can chase them down for a refund. Just some friendly advice, do not give him any money up front unless you do not mind it being stolen from you and told that he is at the mercy of his supplier. Classic example of some very shady business practices!
