Do not go to this store. This is an approved partner store.Go to the corporate office location:8345 Agora Pkwy Suite 100, Selma, TX 78154Seriously, it's like 10 minutes away. Worth the drive 100%. You're welcome in advance.They signed us up for lines and then told us to come back the next morning to finish up the process because it was closing time. I got there at 5:15 (straight from work) and left at 7:50. This screwed us, and we ended up spending an entire day fixing the problems for which the company had to credit us $200. They don't know what they're talking about here and have caused us nothing but problems that the other store and their customer loyalty had to clean up.

Came in this morning after speaking to Samsung and AT&T to get my phone ordered with warranty. Not only did chance multi task with me and another customer but he solved the problem. Superstar status achieved!!!

Went to pay on my wife's phone bill, which was turned off earlier thst day. Gave the customer rep my Wife's phone number and proceed to pay on it. Received the receipt with the updated amount due. I guess he either didn't post it or something. Wife went to the same location presented the receipt and I guess the customer rep was less than cordial. Wife ended up going to another location to get phone actually turned on. This was like 6 to 7 hours after I made the payment.

The representative at AT&T was quick to acknowledge my presence, explained all my options, was very polite and knowledgeable, and offered me the best options to help save me money!

I needed some help with my father's account today and working with Jacob was great. He stayed past the end of his shift to make sure service was restored and all issues were resolved. I am thankful he was thorough but also patient with my father. Defintely a grade A customer experience.

Matt is awesome!!!! It looks like I’m another one of the many people who originally went to The Forum location and walked straight out because of the terrible customer service. The 3009 location surpassed my family’s expectations. Matt welcomed us right away and was super attentive throughout. He walked us through each of our options with switching to AT&T, several of which we didn’t realize applied to us because The Forum location never mentioned them. I am thoroughly impressed with the genuine service and time we were given.
