I’ve had two experiences here but yesterday was the best. I’m extremely claustrophobic my PCP had given me Valium to take prior to my MRI. I was sleepy and relaxed but they were running behind. Long story short Nicole was very sweet as was a bald tall African American man( I didn’t get his name) they were very calming and reassuring . I made it through my MRI their kindness helped a great deal! Loved it.

I’m sad to see any 1 star reviews. I was a STRIC patient for decades so, yes, there’s a difference but every mammogram and MRI (I’ve had 2different ones) I have had done was a nice experience. The check in staff were always friendly and worked fast to check be in, and the techs were always pleasant from showing me where to change my clothes to the actual x-ray. As far as equipment failure, this is not their fault. Sometimes these rude reviews come from rude people.

Every time I come here no matter what day of the week or time of day it is an hour and a half wait for an xray. Room is not full so why the extended wait times. Under staffed? I would go elsewhere but lousy insurance only allows this place within an 8 mile radius. Frustrating.

Maybe this place shouldn't have you show up 15 minutes early for an appointment if they're gonna take 2 hours to actually call your name up.

I was very disappointed with the Schertz M&S imaging center. I had always gone to the North Central Baptist location with the Breast Center and I always was treated with dignity and respect.
The reception staff at the Schertz location was very good and did a great job. I have been there before for X-ray’s and CT scans and never had an issue until today. I came in for a Breast MRI and can honestly say without going into details
YKIYK, this location is not a breast care center and should not be used or advertised as one. The MRI table is not made for postoperative use. The foam and set up on the table was not at all like the North Central location. It took way to long and the tray they put me in was old and the foam was all full of holes and torn and gave no support or cushion. It’s not a comfortable procedure to begin with and to have old, out of date materials that left me very sore and just angry when it was finished. The MRI staff was nice but definitely not trained enough to handle and treat postoperative oncology patients. Some extra training was necessary for discretion and compassion for a woman’s body when it has already been through surgery.
I will always go back to the North Central location for any further breast MRI.

I had been going to STRIC for 10 years and had excellent service. They are always able to get you an appointment wirhin 1 to 3 days. I have dense breast tissue so STRIC always did the 3d mammogram. I started a new job and the new insurance doesn't cover STRIC so I was forced to go to MS imaging. Before my first mammogram I brought 10 years worth of scans and told them I needed 3d. The soonest appointment you can get is a minimum of 2 weeks out. Mind you, there are only 3 people in the waiting room. At my mammogram appointment I tell the tech I need the 3d mammogram. I didn't feel like she cared what I said and brushed me off. At my next oncologist appointment I asked about my mammogram. Not to my surprise, the tech did not do the 3d mammogram. 6 months later, I find a lump in my breast and had over to my oncologist. I need a diagnostic mammogram. I call ms imaging to schedule an appointment. Again it takes a min of 2 weeks to get in. The wait is agonizing. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to get a mammogram. MS imaging should have a mammogram only facility like STRIC. on the other hand, now I'm left wondering if this could have been found 6 months ago had the tech done 3D mammogram as i requested in the first place. I wish my insurance took STRIC cause I don't luke coming here. I see that other locations have better reviews but schertz is the closest location for me for a mammogram because not all locations do them.

Super slow at ther job. We got here 1 hour and a half early to our appt. The reason was because you can't make appt to get trays. So we thought we would get them first. Took them an hour to register us then we waited 45 more mins for the xray which means we go late for the ultrasound. Very few people in the waiting room and they are still slow. The other offices are much faster. Not sure if they are under staffed or just need to work with more of a sense of urgency. Would not recommend this office

No parking spots available at all. My appointment was at 10.30, it’s after 11.00 I’m still waiting.
Would not come back here if I had other options :(

5 star treatment when getting an MRI on my back today. From the scheduling people I spoke to the past 2 days, to the ladies at the check in area to the person doing the actual MRI on myself. Everyone conducted business with a smile and professionalism. I was in and out in an hour. The VA rep who scheduled my appt was informative and got me in quickly for my scan.
