Inconvenience is one word I can describe them. I needed to get an ultrasound, I scheduled an appointment at 1:30 came in at 1:15 so I can be on time to my appointment so I can get to work after. I didn't get seen till over an hour later and still I had to wait extra time to get my results back. I walked in and it was super busy, the lady at the check in said they had a lot of walk ins today. I noticed a man who came in after me had got seen before me and he had said he was a walk-in... idc about walk-ins but take the people who made an appointment before them. I've gotten an ultrasound before from another place and I was in and out. This place is just too busy and inconvenient. If you make an appointment make sure to show up an hour before so you can actually get seen on time.. how inconvenient. Never making an appointment with this place again.

I have had to reschedule 3 times because they did not have items needed to conduct test. Called night before confirmed everything was ready to do my tests next day. Took off work, fill out forms before appointment. Showed up 15min early for appointment. Only to find out once again they don't have supplies to do one of the tests. So I stay to get the other test done. Over an hour later I have still not been seen. Staff does not care. This will be last time I come to this facility. They are poorly organized and management should be fired.

I have spent (seriously) for 14 hours trying to reach someone to cancel and reschedule an appointment, not to mention the 3 emails and 4 voice messages that I left. I live a long way from Schertz but it seems the only way to do business with Baptist M&S Imaging is to visit the office. Central scheduling always rings busy (even on Saturday) Can someone recommend another imaging service that cares about their clients?

This place is the worst to try to get a hold of someone just to schedule an appointment! I called multiple times and left voicemails (due to high volume of calls) and only received one call back, but unfortunately missed that call by a second. I called number I was instructed to call and kept getting mailbox. I waited on hold for over 35 minutes and got sent to voicemail. It is so infuriating when all I'm trying to do is schedule an appointment!

I love this place . Check in is pretty quick . They still practice social distancing . Wait time is never too long . The only beef I have is it's hard too get a handicapped space .

Baptist M&S Imaging is off I-35 & Schertz Parkway. It is in a large Medical Center that takes up an entire corner next to I-35 & Schertz Pkway. Park in the parking lot & take the elevator or walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. M&S Imaging is the first set of doors to your left as you exit the elevator or as you get to the top of the stairs and pass the elevator. Even though a lot of the world is thankfully getting back to normal YOU WILL HAVE TO WEAR A MASK @ this location. So, if you are someone who prefers not to wear one & doesn't even carry one anymore, take one w you so you don't have to wear the VERY THICK ones that they will provide for you. The one they provide for you is extremely thick & has two rubber bands that have to go completely around your head & it forms a beak in the front They are terrible. I went to my car to get a disposable one. Anyway, that's my warning for people who are like me. Go through the double doors & you will see a large waiting room w comfortable chairs. The check in area is to your right & that is where you will find Marc. (or maybe someone else on a different day) Marc at reception was very nice. I can't tell you that he smiled bc of the mask but I felt the smile. He took my ID & insurance info & handed me the paperwork to fill out. They recommend you arrive 15 mins early to complete paperwork before your appt time. I only waited about 10 mins before they called me to the back. Kimberly called my name & she walked me to the changing room. She told me exactly what to do so I wasn't confused about what to change into or where to go, etc. After I changed I went straight to get my mammogram with her. I didn't even need to wait in the back waiting room like I have needed to do in the past. The Mammo Tech Kimberly was awesome! We chatted away while she did my mammogram... except for those seconds where I had to hold my breath She made me feel completely comfortable. I def recommend this location if you need to have your yearly mammogram or any kind of imaging service done. For some women this experience is horrifying. If you are one of those women that is dreading getting your mammogram done.... Please don't be. Kimberly really was fantastic & very gentle. For me, the mammogram isn't painful (& I'm definitely not "small"). I know how important it is to take care of yourself. Getting a routine mammogram can save your life! This location is 5 stars. However, if you need to CALL to make an appointment, reschedule or cancel appointment with M&S Imaging it is a complete nightmare. You will be left on hold for 20 mins & then disconnected over & over again. You will not get an actual human. I recommend calling your Dr & asking them to reach out for you. It's basically your only option bc the phone will not be answered. Scheduling w this office is 0 stars. The staff is so great that I couldn't give this review less than 4 stars bc of a terrible call center.

I visited this location today because of a referral for my 15 month old son. I was extremely disappointed with the older Hispanic male that assisted us. Off top, I don't think he really wanted to bother trying to scan a toddler. I get it... they're busy and I was quite okay with him not being able to get the scan, but he honestly barely tried. He suggested that I keep my 15 month awake at night, no sleep no bottle and bring him in at 8 am to get scanned. He then replied that it will only work with firm parents and not passive ones. I was taken back because "sir you have been in my presence all of two minutes and already know I'm a passive parent?" Needless to say I was turned off and glad my husband wasn't with me because he would have been fuming from that lack of professionalism. Let's not forget that we arrived before our 11 am (while my son was napping) appointment time and wasn't seen until after NOON! On top of the minimal professionalism from the tech, COVID practices are not in place here. Chairs are not separated six feet Apart, there is no cleaning of seats after patients are seen, and I'm pretty sure I saw one small bottle of sanitizer. I'll pass on this location for future bu

I had a shoulder X-ray in June 2019. Today, March 11, 2020, I received a notice that I've been turned over for collections for owing $5.72. This is for a bill that I never received. They never made one attempt to collect $5.72 from me. They have the correct address since the collection agency could find me. The staff is very nice. I didn't have to wait. Something is wrong in the billing section. Will try to avoid this provider in the future.

I have to say I like this place. Nice and convenient as I live in Schertz, but the billing department is not on top of things. I routinely go here for my annual mammogram. On 7/1/2019 I had to go for an MRI on my eye. I had met my deductible for the year and was no longer responsible for any more bills. About 3 months after my MRI I started getting bills, I would follow up and they would say disregard. I knew I owed nothing. Today I received a collection notice for that MRI on 7/1/2019. I got on my Cigna website to confirm the fact I owed nothing. All I can say about Baptist Imaging is stay on top of your bills and insurance. I may have to change my imaging place. If my credit is impacted by this negative collection, I will be very upset.

My first experiencing a mammogram. I was more nervous than I needed to be. All the stories that have passed though different mouths I have to say my experience was amazing. The Technician in the radiology department was very nice and she explained everything prior to starting. She also answered any questions. She made not just feel comfortable but my anxiety was gone as she talked me though the process. It took less than 15 minutes for the X-rays. I think the hardest part was holding my breath. I'm not the greatest breath holder hahaha. Thank you for the amazing and positive experience. Stars 1 star for facilities 1 star for service check in and out 1 star for free beverages available in the lounge. 1 star for overall experience -star for restrooms (did not visit.).

I had to get a couple of MRI's done yesterday at Baptist M&S Imaging in Schertz, TX. It came as close to being a pleasant experience as an MRI can possibly be. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the tech but she was courteous and professional. These are traits that were lacking in the techs that are in radiology at University Hospital in San Antonio where I had gotten a couple of MRI's done recently. My neurosurgeon had put in a referral to go back to the University Hospital for follow up and I refused. I requested they refer me to M&S imaging and I'm so glad I did that. I highly recommend them for MRI's.

I made an appointment with Baptist M&S Imaging for a Mammogram. At that time I provided them with my insurance information which they stated they accepted. I setup the appointment for a week later. I received an automated reminder call about the appointment two days before which I confirmed. I went into the office provided my insurance card and drivers license filled out the paperwork had my mammogram and then the day after I got a message saying that they were out of network and if I didn't want to keep my appointment to call them. Hello they are telling me this after my appointment. At no time when I made the appointment or went into the office was I ever told they weren't in network. If I had been told before my appointment then I wouldn't have gone to them. They lie to you tell you yes we take your insurance and then afterwards say oh but we forgot to say we aren't in network and you will be billed extra. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU VERIFY IT WITH YOUR INSURANCE FIRST BECAUSE THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ACCEPT IT BUT LEAVE OUT THE FACT THEY AREN'T IN NETWORK
