The prices here are increasing since they’ve opened and the quality of the car wash is not anything to rave about. Just average.
The vacuums work okay when you aren’t using them while another car is next to you which is most the time since it’s a popular location.

We love go car wash. It washes our cars pretty good. The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. They always have supplies on hand to detail your vehicle.

6:30pm on Tuesday the 15th of October I called to inform the office that their left spinner has been broken for a over month and I wanted to cancel my membership. An associate answered the phone and all he said was “Hola” in a sarcastic tone and someone else snickered in the background. The older gentleman was standing outside ushering cars into the wash so I know it wasn’t him. The individual that answered the phone then proceeded to be smart and say his name was “John” and when I questioned him to ask if this was “Go Car wash” he responded and said “well yeah!”. This is extremely unprofessional and I will be canceling my membership for these 2 reasons! I do NOT recommend!

This place has really gone downhill, car wash always has issues, vacuums are hit and miss, most are clogged and hoses cracked and very short because they keep cutting them back. Would not recommend, about to cancel my membership and go somewhere that cares about us

*I had a membership for years.
****I cancelled it in person in July.****
*Got charged in July and I let it slide thinking “maybe it needs 30 days”.
*Got charged in August. Tried to call- no answer. Submitted online cancellation. Receieved email confirmation of cancellation.
*Got charged again in September. Called. They said, “We need you to come in person when the manager is in. We cannot deal with this ourselves.”
*I call USAA to issue a stop payment for future charges and to dispute last 2 months. USAA rep says, “Go Car Wash is one of the biggest offenders and we get so many requests for exactly the same issue you are having.” When a USAA rep recognizes the company as an offender that seems significant since they have a lot of banking specialists.
So consumer beware- if you cancel your membership it is likely you will need to jump through hoops to make it actually happen.

I like how my vehicle looks after the wash every time. The manager is awesome and honestly, becoming a member and auto pay is the way to go.

Longer wash than some other washes, and does a good job. Vacuums have good suction with a far reach. I like that you can stop and do the bug scrub yourself before entering the wash.
