Overall not a bad place comfortable and mostly clean looks like they really try. Disappointing for me is the peeling wall paper and mold on ceiling in shower restroom area of our room. Sorry but for the price and location should not be that way. Guy at front counter was nice enough. Curtains from the backside view through windows are torn definitely should be replaced.

Horrible Hotel Room. Should not even be giving a 1 star. We arrived at our room, and first thing we noticed was the foul smell. It smelled musky like mildew. Upon further investigating for the smell, we found a lamp shade right below the mini split ac vent. The lamp had grew mold on the shade and that appeared to be what we were smelling. We talked to the office and showed them what we found. He quicky gave us another room, but to find the same situation with the mold and all on the next lamp. He then explained it was dust after agreeing, that the last one moldy looking. He said we had to stay in that one regardless and didn't comp us or try to give us any other rooms to choose from. We explained to the older gentlemen that was at the desk the next morning thinking he may have had a little more sympathy for the situation. He just listened to what we had to say, didn't seem to care and just went on with his day. This is very horrible customer service and a nasty establishment to call a hotel. They should not be open or even in business with this pore lack of care and sanitization. I may look into having a health inspector come check out the place themselves.

Good hotel with an amazing staff! They even offer truck parking! Got me out of a huge bind with the truck parking as I was hauling a 2 car hauler with my dad’s Chevy diesel 2500!!! Breakfast was good as well

It was terrible we checked in and a dirty underwear was inside a drawer, the ac didn’t work most of the night the breakfast didn’t have very much and what they did have wasn’t good the bacon was soggy eggs were runny and not tasty I informed 2 front desk clerks of the dirty underwear nothing was done and 1 clerk of the ac upon check out they both seemed not care

I came here with my family during an evacuation and pre-paid for the rooms already with PayPal. But they ended up charging me double and we have been calling trying to get ahold of the manager when they told us when he would be in for the past 3 days! We just want our refund back! It shouldn't have to take this long! I didn't think the man at the front desk would double charge if we already paid! He didn't ask for my ID, just the card that we paid with!

Exceptionally clean rooms and the staff was very friendly. The atrium pool and hot tub area was also very clean and relaxing. The free breakfast was very good and had a wide variety to choose from. I would strongly recommend this hotel when in the area.

Our experience here was absolutely ? ? nice and relaxing ? the swimming ?♂️ pool was great and the hot tub hot ? ♨️ ? and I can't forget about the coffee machine.

I booked at this location at the last minute after a horrible experience at a LA Quinta up the road. The hotel was clean and inviting and the desk clerk greeted me. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and had a pleasant scent. I will definitely book a stay again in the future! It's true, you get what you pay for.
