Reviews note excellent and dedicated customer service, with specific staff members highlighted for being amazing, awesome, hands-on, and responsive. They offer expert advice and good follow-up communication. Customers report being greeted with a smile, treated with respect, and having their questions answered.
Some experiences mention difficulties, including a special order that got mixed up and took months to resolve, requiring an in-person visit. The parking lot at one location is noted as small, full of employee vehicles, and hard to enter and exit. However, overall, the staff is committed to resolving issues and getting the job done right, leaving customers satisfied and likely to return.
