I used to go to the shop literally since I was a kid Whenever this family business was owned by the dad always had good service there with no problem nowww the son running the Business and I don’t think he’s a problem. The workers are the problem. My tire was not put on correctly and I had to stop on the highway and get some help do because my tire wasn’t put on right and on top of that I was supposed to take my old tires, and they gave me an extra one that wasn’t even my size like wtf am i supposed do with it smhh today I went back and told the new owner about the issue and he seemed not to care at all And very much had an attitude like how are you mad for your your mistakes And it’s obviously not the first time that they don’t put on a tire on correctly because there’s other reviews of tires falling off so I would advise you not to go to this tire shop if you do not want to damage your vehicle in a severe accident

Came here for an alignment after visiting the New Braunfels location for tires and brakes. The NB shop set it up for me because the alignment specialist did my vehicle type is in Schertz. As with the NB location I got very good service in Schertz. They were fast and efficient and the price was reasonable. Much appreciated!

Rating 2 stars only because they have a solid history with my family but the Son or whoever is running it now is very rude. I was just explaining that my mother-in-law only gets charged $10 for a plug and it’s been that way for 20+ years and my father-in-law Larry had been going there for a long time before he passed away and never got charged $20 to plug a tire and the son got very rude with me and told me he doesn’t know my family and well I guess you need the money more than me so don’t charge him. I was happy to pay but just wondering some charge $10 and some $15 then this guy $20. In the last few months I have gone and been charged $15. No consistency in pricing. I’ll let the rest of my family deal with them and I’ll go somewhere else.

Had a new set of trailer tires installed to replace a worm put 7yr old set. Got home to find they did not replace the old dry cracked valve stems and they did not replace any of the valve stem caps. They did not balance the new tires either. The same old weights were left on the wheels untouched. For $15 per tire I assumed this was included. Won't be back.

Took my 16 yr old with his 1st car to get a set of new tires! This place monopolized on an opportunity to make money! Rather than sell us a set of new tires as stated, these crooks pretended to sell us a new set, and placed 4 retreaded tires on my son car instead, measured at Firestone at 7/32 2hours later. When we called back to speak to George or Nick, no response both times. Thank goodness I used a credit card, disputed the charges, and had everything documented. C&C Tires will end up out of business fast as result of their shady practices! The consequences of doing ugly business, is it’ll come back to haunt you! BUYERS BE WARNED

If you like making it home to your family, avoid this place. The owner does not want to own up to the damages his shop caused by not tightening the lug nuts.Since the beginning of this ordeal the owner Cesar has been looking for any and every excuse to get out of paying for the damages and now I have to have faith in our court systems.Be safe everyone.

Unfortunately went to a chain store that sells and services tires, two times in three weeks regarding low air in a tire. 2nd time they said it was “repaired” after a 2 & 1/2 hour wait with an appointment . Nope went flat 2 days later. I Went to C&C today where the gentleman diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem correctly and I paid and was out the door in 35 minutes. Thank you for your knowledge, honesty and a fair price!

I bought OEM Acura parts for my Acura MDX. They installed my brake pads, and two new rotors on the front. They did a great job. No complaints whatsoever. Only costed $250 labor! Dealership estimate was $855. For labor alone.
