Only 4/5 because it took a few tries to get someone to answer the phone. Otherwise my in person experience at the branch was phenomenal.

Lobby doesn't close until noon on Saturday. Stood in the lobby at 1130 with no teller for 20 minutes. This is the second time I have had bad service at this location. Won't be returning

Great, clean location. Staff is welcoming and ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. This location is available for all types of transactions. Conveniently located, separate from other businesses though in the same shopping center. Located to the left of the Chik-Fil-A. Drive through lanes also available. Good, quick and efficient help whenever we go there. Not usually busy on most days, highly recommended.

Very very poor service and customer service. I own a restraunt and I needed coins for the register. The teller advised me that she had to wait on the manager to give her coins, after 45 mins inside of the branch she finally gave the young lady coins to give to me . Not to mention I asked for a bank bag. The manager Susan responded NO before I could complete my sentence. This is so so rude. I own a beauty salon and a restraunt and customer service is key. At this location they’re very slow and rude. Don’t recommendthis branch at all.

Human Federal Credit Union has closed many branches in the San Antonio Texas area. I have had higher savings interest rates as Human Federal Credit Union claims that they meet or beat any San Antonio Texas area financial institutions physical location here interest rates. They will not meet or beat any online savings account interest rate. I have had very slow services here often. I have waited up to 30 business days for some of my deposits to clear and given to my savings account. Human Federal Credit Union unlike other San Antonio Texas area credit unions - has very limited ways to join their credit union - San Antonio Texas Community College students and limited zip code areas are the ones that I recall.

I financed my vehicle with a little less than 3 years ago and have had an unbelievably terrible experience. I set up automatic payments for the 1st and 15th and was assured that it was good. Unfortunately, somehow in early 2020's they can't successfully accomplish that. Payments were drafted on every date except the ones requested causing some payments to be seen by back. I've had to talk to someone every month to get it right. Then to make matters worse, my vehicle gets repo' on veterans day, and they tell me that I'm months behind and have to pay 1700 to get my truck back. I will never bank, or conduct any other business with credit human.

The competency of Credit Human has been going downhill since they changed from SACU to their current (ridiculous) name. Last straw was today. I ended up with an overdraft from an account that I don't use (savings, because you have to have it) because when I tried to to a transfer to another bank, their account numbering system is all screwy. I didn't really realize it set the savings account negative. Yesterday, I found out they closed out **all** of my accounts (checking and credit card) because it went 45 days that way. My fault on that. However, I received no notification that would happen or any communication from them. You would assume they would send you something along the lines of "Hey, your account has been negative for a month now, you need to fix it or we're closing all of your accounts. You would be wrong on that assumption. And if you want to fix it online, can't do it. They lock you out of your account so it can't be resolved. We were in the process of getting away from them anyway, so no big loss, but it's a pretty terrible way to do business. Other incompetent interactions with Credit Human:- A couple of years ago when I sold my car that still had a lien on it from them, they had no clue how to handle that transaction, then talked to me like I was the dummy.- Again with the car, was trying to get a copy of the title, I needed some documentation from the bank. This (Schertz) branch gave me the documentation, I went to get the title, this was not the right documentation. Had to go to another branch to get the correct documentation.DO NOT DO AUTO LOANS THROUGH CH- When we were looking at buying a house, we submitted a request for preapproval. They ran our credit report and then told us they don't do preapprovals. Like why did you run our credit report then?- Their online banking site is just terrible. It feel like I'm living in a 2002 GeoCities world here.- Call center help isn't much better. There are so many other options for banking, please chose something else.

I have had to do business at this location several times. Every single time... the staff is rude and seemingly incompetent. The latest encounter was the worst by far. I was attempting to deposit a check from my insurance company. They kept me waiting in the drive through for more 30 minutes only to tell me that more documentation was required for me deposit my insurance check into my savings account...something that would have taken less than 5 minutes to determine by competent personnel. I will be changing banks. I previously gave them the benefit of thedoubt...now I am done!!

Horrible customer servicesRepresentatives do not want to assist their clients. At the front door (@branch) they have a sign saying the working schedule time of the Bank / lobby. I go in person during those hours and days, and I had to call them to let them know Im outside waiting for someone to open the door, because front door is locked. Branch representative over the phone tells me that, the lobby is closed due to the covid 19, I told her that at the front door they have a sign saying the lobby is open at that moment. Obviously they don't even want to help their clients, plus I have been calling several time over the phone during different days and time (branch working hours) and nobody answers the phone.

Please explain why this bank changes its Saturday hours but nothing is posted at the bank stating this? This location closed today at 12pm. I was in line at the drive thru before they closed. The posted hours say 1:00pm. When I pulled up to the teller (now 12:00pm) and be pushed the button she said sorry we are closed. When I said that’s not what the hours say? She said due to Covid we close early. Can some one tell me what the hell Covid has to do with a bank drive thru closing early? Does Covid only come out after noon on a Saturday at the banks? I’m so tired of people using the Covid excuse! I’m sure first responders would love to say “sorry due to Covid we are stopping service early” I was not the only one in the lines. Several people were turned away. Poor customer service.
