I live right here, but I don't bother ever checking here. They are never stocked with even the most basic stuff. Soft drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc. Very lame management.

So I'm done with CVS Pharmacy if I could give them no stars I would. The techs are rude, they never have any medicine and what ever they concocted last for my daughters meds has made her throw up each time. It’s super thick and slimey. I don’t know what the deal is with the pharmacy but I’m done five years of dealing with their drama.

Horrible pharmacy staff.
I’m disappointed with the overall customer service experience at this pharmacy. Most of the staff, particularly the female employees, consistently come across as unfriendly and unapproachable. Their tone and demeanor often feel dismissive, and it’s rare to receive even a simple smile or polite interaction. It’s also frequently challenging to get prescriptions filled without unnecessary delays or frustration. It seems as though some of the staff are unhappy in their roles, which unfortunately reflects in how they treat customers. The only consistently helpful and courteous team member I’ve encountered is the male pharmacist, he’s professional, patient, and respectful. I hope the pharmacy takes steps to improve staff training and customer service, as this location has the potential to serve the community much better.

Scheduled a COVID test just to sit in my car sweating for 40 minutes after being told to drive back around to let them “set up”. They never came gave me an update nor returned after pressing the call button. Don’t bother here.

Pharmacy staff is horrible, with one pharmacist in particular being perhaps the angriest woman in her position I've ever had to deal with. I'm not the only person I know to notice this. She very, very clearly does not like one specific type of person and lets you know it. Had one tech lie and say it was too soon to refill my meds (nothing controlled, just everyday stuff) that came due several days prior, I assume because he did not want to work. I'm not sure what else to think as nobody else was there. It was weird. Switched to Walgreen's up the street immediately after that (they had my Rx ready in about an hour). The staff is much more professional there.

Grabbed a beef stick for a snack on the way out. Took a bite and it wasn't right. Looked at the date, expired 11 months ago. I guess it's too much to ask to ensure you're not selling expired food.

Thank you, Mr. Rick-Pharmacist and Kristina!, Pharmacy Tech, I prefer it when they are working the counter! Mr. Rick takes his time explaining medication and any other medical questions without overstepping Dr.s orders.

I had a very pleasant experience at the 1103 CVS Pharmacy in Schertz.
I was having problems finding the items that I needed and this very kind young lady, who turned out to be the manager, approached me and helped me find them and even helped me carrying some of the heavy items to the check out!

My CVS didn't have my prescription on stock so another one did. It world be nice if my pharmacy stocked my prescription, since it's a regular one I take year round.

I informed the worker of my first and last name, and told her I was there for a pickup. She proceeds to ask me in front of a customer and another employee, WHAT IS IN MY BAG??? It's none of her damn business or anyone else's in the store whats in my bag. Just ask me for ID OR what kind of order am I picking up. This employee needs to be trained. Never again will I use this location for anything!
