This CVS female Pharmacist had an attitude and I thought it was me but my husband knew exactly who I was talking about when I told him about her salty attitude. Not only did she think it was her job to tell me I should remember my tricare insurance number but when I got home and looked at the medication there wasn't five days worth in the bottle. So, instead of lecturing me about an insurance number that was in the system for a kid my husband got meds for a month, or so ago with the same insurance. Moreover, he was never asked for the number. Pay attention to the prescription your handling out!

This pharmacy is 1. Incompetent. 2. Uninformative. 3. Horribly mannered and extremely rude. There is a great lack of customer service. Janel is awful as is all of the other workers who answer the phone. They literally misinform, don't inform, and just grunt responses. They seem bothered by questions I shouldn't have to ask if they would just be forthright and do their job. I have never had such poor customer service. CVS. Really needs to look at the employees that they hire as I have had nothing but trouble with them every time I've used them. Today was the last straw and time to actually publicize their lack of work ethic.

The employee, Shade, was well versed in his job. He sold me on the care pass without sounding pushy. He was so helpful with the current deals on some of the items I purchased. I also had placed a pickup order prior to coming to shop within the store, and it was ready and correctly fulfilled. I love this location even though I passed 3 other CVS stores to get to it. It is worth the drive. The store is remarkably clean and organized!!!

This is why I didn’t want my medication switch over to cvs bs Walgreens. Understaffed and no acknowledgment. While waiting they ignored the phone that kept ringing the entire visit.

Just wanted to say the pharmacist (i don’t know his name) and Christina are an absolute delight to work with. There’s another gentleman there, with a southern accent, that is also incredibly helpful. I am a tough customer bc i have several prescriptions that are all scheduled at different times and i even get confused. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. Especially Christina. I have switched pharmacies after going to H-E-B for years and it is purely bc they are so amazing at what they do. Kudos to all three of them. I really should know their names for as much. As I call, but I’m terrible with names. If you aren’t getting your prescriptions or anything else through this pharmacy you are missing out. So organized, and if a problem does arise they are quick to resolve and really know their stuff especially with pesky insurance issues. And they are right down the road. Major plus

Doctor sent over script for toddler after appointment so I went to grocery store to kill time. Plus I was about 30 min away, arrive at pharmacy 2 hours or so after appointment and I was told she was working on it give her a couple more hours. I leave and get home and then I’m being called the script is ready. I could have just waited and got the script then and not came all the way home just forIt to be ready ten minutes later. Normally CVS is pretty good for me but might have some new staff and that was irritating.

Poor customer service in the pharmacy department. Tried to do a walk- in for the flu shot. Pharmacy told me three excuses not to do his job.- make an appointment even tho the sign says “ make appointment as recommended”- I don’t have a nurse to help out and there was no customers at all.- I’m going to lunch even tho the website says 1:30pm was lunch and it was only 1:10pm when I came in.

Dropped off UPS box at about 1:30 today. Cashier scanned box asked my phone number twice and said receipt would be sent to my phone in about an hour. Of course no receipt was sent. Called at 4:45 talked with cashier she said she needed to check on receipt. Put me on hold for 7 minutes and hung up on me. Called again she said I would need to talk to the manager. Talked with manager who said could give me receipt but only has tracking number. I asked if it also showed her store and location? She said yes. I asked if she could text receipt and she said no but she could give me tracking number. I told her I had that number wanted receipt showing that I dropped if off at her store. She said she was not there when I dropped it off and nothing could be done. Does anyone at that store know what is going on with UPS drop off packages?

Stopped by for cream cheese for a recipe I was making. They don’t have it. Their grocery section could be greatly expanded and improved. They have a whole 4 foot section of hosiery (that almost nobody wears anymore) but no essentials. The whole store should be restructured to be useful to the community. It’s one of the closest food stores before getting to the heb in schertz so they can really do better.

Currently sitting in the pharmacy drive-through. The lady in blue could hate her job any more. She couldn’t possibly walk any slower. Had to ring them three times as I watched all three chat it up and look over at me. Annoyed.
