Scheduled an appointment to have a slow leak fixed in one of my tires and then get a tire balance and rotation from the company that originally sold them to me. Although I was able to drive my car to the Schertz location with no concern or problems, the salesman's first comment was, "Do you know your tires are 9 years old?" Then he said the tires were worn on the outer edge and wouldn't balance or rotate them. After pressing him, he said he could rotate the front two tires and possible fix the slow leak. All through this time, he kept pressuring me to buy new tires. I told him I would want to research prices and he countered with, "We have a lowest price guarantee.", and gave me his card so that I could call him after I did my research. Then he said he couldn't rotate the front two tires nor fix the slow leak. I gave him back his card and told him I will never go back to Discount Tire again. Instead, I came home and ordered new tires from Costco.

first of all, I called to make sure they had the correct rim for my car. which they stated they did and set an appointment for me to come in that day. I waited for almost 2 hours just for them to say the rim doesn't fit the car. they referred me another location who had the rim. I went to this location and waited for 2 and a half hours for them to put the car in the bay. which they never did. I watched as other races pull up and get there car fixed. I spoke with Blake about the situation. he pretend like my car was next but pull another customer car in instead. when I asked for my key he gave it to me and said I sorry people's just start pulling up and they put they cars in. but they had no appointments. so they should have been behind me not in front and all they doing is putting a rim on the car. it doesn't take long for that. I felt that was discrimination against me because I was the only color person in there . I watched a white woman come in and said she had a nail in her tire and they took her in. she wasn't the only one. this company has poor customers services and racism issues. I'll not do business nor will I refer anyone to them. I'll be calling corporate office as well.

I would give you a 0 but that is not an option. Every time I take my truck in for anything you break the HUB CAPS on the Wheels I bought from you. Today I bought 4 new tires from you and specifically told the Rep ***** ******** make sure you release the caps from inside the wheel don’t pull them off. Well Guess what the Service today ended up in 2 broken caps Now for the unbelievable horrible experience excuse I got from *****. I showed him the loose caps and one just fell off (front left), back right I checked it and it was loose..... and guess what ***** said “ you just broke that one not going to replace it” Really it was broken by the tire tech. ***** went on to say we don’t sell those wheels anymore maybe you should buy new wheels.... Really I bought these Wheels from YOU He also went on to say “Don’t really know why we are having this conversation” guess he was not listening. Ask him if he had looked at the service history? No and seemed not to give a s**** He is supposed to order 1 cap, we will see since he showed no respect but I will be calling to get my cap. Here is the kicker I have gone to other locations and Never had an issue, appears to me this location needs some tech retraining and for sure ***** needs some major “Customer Skills Training” Customer service skills are key and ***** only offer the blame game and was snarky and confrontational. I will not be returning to this location since over several years the same thing has happened. At least the last time they broken the caps they said no problem, we will order replacement. What are you going to do to fix this store issue. Oh by the way if you look at my history the last set of tires I bought had a recall and you would only replace 2 of them, I never got a good answer on that and ended up buying two Cooper tires, really what kind of a racket are you running, recall means replace not choose what to replace.

I was told by someone at headquarters, that they would work with me on financing tires, gave me store managers name and no. I made appointment, thought they weren't going to follow through and the next day they asked me back in and when I left 45+- minutes later I had 4 brand new tires on my old truck!!! Thank You Discount Tire Co. Marble Falls Texas,Very professional all the way around! ;-)

Replaced all four tires recommended, however I have very expensive rims from the dealership and I instructed ADAM the manager location 1604/Bandera Rd. not to get rid of them and now he can't find them. WTH? I believe they resale them for profitI have contacted the corporate office and waiting for a reply for revolution to this matter. Jesse or Richard from Corporate needs to reply!!!

Sergio and his team at Hillcrest Location San Antonio Texas, were above and beyond what I'd expect customer service to be. Friendly, fast, polite, courteous, and genuine! Great guys!! Thanks for the new tires on my Titan this morning.

A tire I bought here blew, and I had bought the protection, but when I took it for exchange. THEY REFUSED, saying it was my fault. They said that my truck was not aligned. I said, "when you installed the tire, why didn't you say that. Aren't you the experts?". To me I think they are lying just to get out of honoring the extended warranty on the tire. Anyway, after haggling and trying to make them see reason. THEY REFUSED AND REFUSED AGAIN AND AGAIN. So I will NEVER, EVER, EVER go back to Discount Tire in my life again. I truly feel I was totally ripped off by this company. I am tearing up my Discount Card and never using it again.

The low tire symbol lit on our dashboard so we took the car in to get the tires checked and get some air in them. The tire guy said right off that our sensor was broken and that it would cost $60 to fix it. He had not even LOOKED at the tires. My husband insisted that the tires be checked and when they put some air in the sensor light went out (i.e. the sensor wasn't broken). While the tires were being checked my husband noticed that one of the tires had some deterioration so he asked to buy a new tire and have it mounted. The guy said that you can't buy one tire you have to buy them two at a time and it would cost $120. But when we got to checkout the bill was for $200. We asked what the extra $80 was for and told it was for mounting and lug nuts. We were angry but paid the bill and told them that we would never do business with them again and that we wouldn't recommend them to anyone EVER. When I got the bill home I read that we had been charged $42 for installation and life of tire maintenance, $6.50 for waste tire disposal, and $22.00 for certificates for refund/replacement. After reading the other reviews and complaints I realize that the $42 and $22 "guarantees" are worthless. We were ripped off.
