CAVEAT: This review is based on the residential delivery service received in the Schertz, TX over the last 12 months (April 2024 to April 2025). Not sure what's happened to our local FedEx ground delivery service over the past year, but if it's not good for me and my neighbors, it's not good for the shippers and FedEx overall.
Stop THROWING my packages on the driveway, especially if it's raining - walk a few steps and place it on the covered porch per delivery instructions.
Stop delivering packages which look like they were run over by a Sherman tank or fell out of an airplane - if the contents of the crumpled box creak, crack, jingle or sound like broken glass, don't deliver it - report it and make it right before you dump it on my driveway and speed away.

I was a bit disappointed when I visited this place because of the old facilities. However, all the staff working there treated me kindly and gave me a friendly explanation. Thank you to the friends who work hard even at night.

Racist attitude 'iI came in to check on my trailer January 13th 4:30 p.m. and ask him a simple question if they had already got me unloaded I got a very bad racist attitude from from the person that was in charge at that time real racist attitude

Package has been sitting in their warehouse for a week, should have been delivered 12/20/24 but is now on a delivery exception, have called the 1-800 number to some call center that sounds like india, all they say is “it will be delivered today” a week later no package christmas has passed. Thanks a lot fed ex, when it absolutely positively wont make it there at all.

I use them to ship off hydraulic drive motors to a repair shop in E. Texas. Rarely ever an issue with this location.

They were Amazing! Came out at hot my box and shipped it for me . That’s not that the norm. But I had the proper documentation so I could email it to them and they printed it off. Again that should be done ahead of time. I have be sent on a goose chase with this box . And they were being extremely kind.

Was very disappointed. Shipment arrived to the local hub in plenty of time to have delivered on time. Mind you the scheduled date was the day before Thanksgiving. One would think that they would deliver the following day. Nope. These guys decided that they would close shop on Wednesday and didn't bother to inform the customers that they would return to work the Monday after Thanksgiving. My shipment was delivered 6 days late and not even an apology.

If your a person looking for a job here and your an employee who worked for a union, don’t waste your time. I personally worked for YELLOW FREIGHT and come with lots of experience. On the dock and on the road. They will not hire you and I come with a lot of references to work at a place like this. But they don’t want ex-union, I just want a full time job to support my family. I’m not here to give you details about a union, or change people opinions on a union, I’m not a union rep either. A job is a job and if you worked for yellow or a union company, DONT BOTHER!!!! They should put that on their hiring page under discrimination!!!!!!!!!
