I don’t know how or why but this car wash seems to be the only one that damages our vehicles. Ripped off my wife’s license plate while bending the other.
Then ripped off my tundra’s hood grill. Both vehicles are stock (2017 &2018) with no damages to vehicle.
Manager was called by the worker (worker seemed genuinely concerned). Manager came out and immediately said “yeahhhh, we don’t cover that. Call your insurance.” Then proceeded to say it like 5 more times. Needless to say, I needed to buy a new grill.

The member lane gets stuck and doesn’t move while the other lanes do it’s ridiculous. We kept waiting for minutes as new cars come in and passed us by. Use the other lanes, this has happened multiple times.

Entire backside of car is dirty. Had to move car twice to find a vacuum that works.

I’ve been a subscriber for almost two years and m completely appalled by how bad this car wash has become on FM 1103. The brushes didn’t even clean the vehicle and this is the third time this has occurred.
The white car behind me came out super dirty!! This is not how they normally do business so I hope they get it together sooner than later.

Does not clean my car well, still comes out with dirt on half. Frequently bends my license plate.

Overall good experience. Var was clean and pre- spay guy did a good job. They were out of rags near the vacuums.

Can't tell you how often I come here and its closed within business hours for maintenance or whatever the case is. Payment comes out on time every month, but you don't get credited for days you go and can't wash your vehicle. Car wash itself sucks also, they rarely make contact with your vehicle, some just spin but don't touch. Dryers are terrible. Canceling and going to Big League
