Was a supporter of the place until they had a coupon on the bottom of receipt went and tried to use it and would not work. The assistant tried to do it as well and still wouldn't go through. Backed out since they couldn't stand behind their own coupon. It's not about the money but the principal.

I have been using GO Carwash for years since they opened the location off Dezevala and I-10 by UTSA. This was the go to spot for a quick, convenient, and self service car wash. Years later and this place has gone down hill so badly. I’ve had 6 different cars I’ve used here and this is the first year my truck has been damaged several times (I was compensated from one of the incidents) from the location on FM1103. Not only has the location damaged my truck but half of the time the extras you pay for simply do not work, which is what lead to me switching to the most basic package. To top this off my wife has gotten stuck inside of the Roy Richard location wash 2 times in 3 months. Not sure what’s going on here but I rather spend more money elsewhere, wash my own cars in this disastrous heat, or even have dirty vehicles than to keep suffering through instances like the last few experiences I’ve had. I tried to look over the little things here and there as things are expected to go wrong from time to time and it isn’t any individual’s fault per se, but man the frequency of these issues and the variation of issues is making me believe there is a systematic issue at the heart of these problems. I will be completely divesting myself, my wife, and my in-laws from this service. Good riddance!
I gave two stars simply for the fact that for a long time I enjoyed the service of this place and wish them well. I just will not be risking anymore of my vehicles. Also for clarification the damage from the most recent visits are rubber like streaks and scratches along BOTH sides of vehicles, as well as my wiper blade being ripped off completely and now the wiper itself is wobbly and wonky. I probably should look for some sort of recourse on this. Anyways enough of my energy spent on this place.

I had subscribed to this location for two years and I was really happy with it, until the last few months I don't know what went wrong. The car wasn't getting as clean or dry as it used to be, the vacuums suction power became way lower.
And what really upset me more and made me decide to stop my subscription is when I went two days in a row because the car got dirty and their employee asked me with a smirk on his face "haven't you come yesterday?" hinting that this is too much use of the service.
Sometimes I travel for few weeks and I kept paying my subscription even though I didn't use their service but yet he only looked at that one time that I had to wash the car two days in a row.
I didn't want to report that to the supervisor as the employee may lose his job and as I am moving out of state soon so I would stop my subscription anyways.

I love our local GO car wash! The staff is friendly and kind. The wash does a pretty good job. The vacuums work great and there are always plenty of towels to touch up the car!

I've noticed that the windshield and hood doesn't get cleaned because there isn't a scrubbing brush that goes over the hood and windshield as you see elsewhere. There are felt strips that drag over the hood and such but doesn't remove road debris or bird dropping. Also noticed this location doesn't do a quick brush of the windshield or rear window and bumpers as other places will as a prep to help ensure the wash is successful. The license plate reader doesn’t consistently work and request pressing the help button and waiting is someone is outside which causes a backup/line. Still testing this location out (week 2).

I will be canceling my membership here RIGHT AWAY. The service has declined, the location is dirty, and the staff is extremely rude. Recently I brought up concerns to a an employee (didn’t catch the name but he had red/ginger hair and beard) and he was very disrespectful. The employees often hit my car with their brushes, glare at you when you need help, etc. The drying towels are always wet and the vacuums never work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicles and/or human decency.

One side of my car was still dirty . My car didn’t even get pushed all the way out the rains the car sat on I guess isn’t working right . We sat in the car for seconds waiting to see if the car will be pushed out then decided to put the car in drive . Definitely need to check out equipment cuz it just isn’t cutting it .

Deceptive marketing on their monthly plans and the manager is very rude. The car wash is so so and they’re drying towels they provide while it’s nice, They are always wet.

I love the Go car wash chain, but this location is literally the worst one! The vacuums suck is weak, they don't offer any type of interior polish or glass cleaners, like all the other locations do, they don't have a matt cleaner, the people don't brush your car before you go through the wash, which is an extra step that literally every other location does. I'm guessing this one must be owned by cheap owner or manage incorrectly. Only use this location if you absolutely have to, but please don't think it's indicative of every one of their locations this is a great company. I love my membership!

I do enjoy this car wash but on two separate occasions by the same attendant I was put on the belt way to close to the car in front of me. Both times at the end when the dryer comes on the front car will stop meaning my car almost hits that front car. Be careful here.
I’m not sure why at the end the belt stops for a little but the cars behind it keep moving. Seems really unsafe.
